Its the end of an era. I remember you guys had the most rewarding faucet  back in the day. The trollbox was like no other. And I remember I spend hours on your website back in the day. This had to happen. The Primedice was like an abandoned project for a long time. Their team was totally focused on Stake, and they didn't improve or add anything to Primedice. Usually, we see that one casino opens another if they think the project is doing well. For example, you can see that Bitcasino has a couple of platforms already such as Bitcasino, Sportsbets, Livecasino, and maybe there are more.

However, Primedice and Stake did not plan to create another platform; they are closing one and want to focus on their only product. We don't know if they will come with another new platform in the future, but I don't think they will create another platform anytime soon.

Well, how can you really improve on Dice? It was meant to be simple. Dice basically takes seconds to learn how to play. Its one of the easiest gambling games one can learn. This is truly sad news. Primedice reigned in this field of the crypto space for several years, and now it has come to an end. It seems this is just how the gambling industry works.
With the number of new competitors emerging, it's really hard to keep up with casino businesses these days.

They have added a decoy token, and now their casino is a kind of dividend casino. They added sports betting, if I am not wrong. Also, Stake didn't start with all these games. They added one by one. Yes it's one of the og gambling sites I played before simple and iconic, along with Bustabit and the others, it's been a pleasure and I enjoyed playing with Primedice but yes, it is what it is. It's sad to see it go, but the memories stay. Running for almost 12 years wasn't easy and not all gambling sites I know managed to survive and have a long run like that.

Many companies have more than one casino. Would you say they are competing with themselves? I won't say that. There are thousands of casinos online. The players would definitely look for alternatives. You do not have multiple casinos doesn't mean the player won't look for an alternative. A gambler never sticks with one casino; they love to explore more options.

Correct, When I visit Stake recently I notice that they already changed their house game to “primedice” which is the same with this Primedice.

I think it’s the best move for them to just merge to operate only one casino that offers same feature. The VIP system is the only thing that is affected badly with this merge but maybe they are planning something good for all the OG player of primedice.

What we can do now is just speculating on what will they do for their existing players related to the VIP system program especially those who have huge amount of wager.
Previously someone said about the offer to PD players to create Stake account which will be given a cash bonus after completing KYC level 2 but it is still not clear whether it is real or not.

Most probably the user wasn't lying about it. We had also received bonus for completing the level 2 verification at Stake. Where the bonus amount was based on the VIP level of the users. Such verification isn't mandatory at Primedice. Stake is now giving offer to those Primedice users who don't have an account at Stake with the same email address. And they are giving the offer so that those people complete the level 2 KYC verification and join Stake.

I can't argue with what you said. Since Stake's popularity increased a lot, the team left PrimeDice and focused on Stake since they were doing pretty well with Stake. I was saying a lot of casino companies were able to operate more than one platform simultaneously without troubling the other business, and the Stake team could do the same if they wanted.

It is what it is. If a company doesn't want to continue with one of their website and want to focus on the main site and they think they are doing good, then it is fine. If they can make more money by operating one site, then they would do it for sure.
