Have you kept the BTC in your Primedice account after completing the identity verification? Just login to your account and withdraw the BTC if you have kept it in your account. Why you need "Stunna" to get back the BTC? Your issue isn't clear yet.

I don't know where someone forgets access to their account, like forgetting their email for example. Because what I heard is that the casino has a TOS about multiple accounts.

But I think to be more calm, it would be better if we try to talk to support services with our problems. Because it is feared that later we will be detected as having multiple accounts or something like that so that our account will be limited. I'm sure they will understand that, and if in the future the problem really comes, we have valid evidence or we have a clear reason because we have previously spoken to them.

Just enter your email address and if it were used, the sign up page should give you an error and help you recover your account using that email. And if it didn't show you any errors then just sign up with it and have fun.

As 'pooya87' has said above, the chance is too low to face any problem if you create a new account here without anyone referral link. True. I was baffled when they created stake because it would make more sense to expand our beloved PD into what they have at stake now. That way the OGs would benefit too from having years of wager on their accounts.
