I ve never seen anyone hitting it except hui.

Another amazing win from hui after 45400 rolls:
why so lucky hitting 9900x? congrats again and again Hui hui is very patient and determined in making those bets, but indeed he is very unlucky to have only hit a 9900x after 45400 unsuccessful tries. Chance of making no win within 45400 rolls = (1-0.01%)^45400 = 1.07%

Cause he starts with a small amount and keeps on increasing the bet.

You cannot certainly use martingale while doing bets on 9900x. Its more of a kind of labourcher technique.

It would be exactly like a martingale technique, however it would be very risky as you have the potential to lose your entire bankroll if you do not win soon enough, you would need to start at a betting level of at least 10,000 sats, and need to have a bankroll of 200,000,000 sats (2 BTC) in order to potentially win 99,000,000 sats (9.9 BTC). I am not sure that PD allows for you to increase your bet by less then 1% and their automated betting system does not allow for automatic stopping of betting when you win so you would need to wait at your computer for you to have a win (which would probably take several hours)

Actually you can stop autobet after a win. You simply select On Win, Increase bet by -101% and as soon as you hit a green, autobet will stop because -101% is an invalid amount. It's a little known trick that works great for those who want to autobet and afk at the same time.

You can put 0.1% or anything in the autobetting section, and as pdiceuser suggested you can stop autobetting with -101%.

You certainly can increase the bet by a small percentage per bet and it would still be martingale since you are trying to recover your loss and ending up with a profit.

I don't think technically you can call that martingale. Martingale is when on 50% odds you increase the bet by 100%. I agree that we can increase it by small percentage and I assume that hui did the same thing. But don't call it martingale(creates confusion).

My withdrawal transaction is "pending" for hours (I'm waiting for 5h30 right now). Could you please proceed it ?
Other websites do it instantly.. what's wrong with PD ? Edit : thx for your explanation.
EDIT : Done. Thx Stunna.

Check now, occasionally specific transactions are held for manual review depending on certain factors. Larger cashouts will sometimes be held until we can manually review them. This effects probably one out of every few hundred cashouts so it's fairly unlikely to experience this.
