and the website is not opening again. Keeps on reloading.
No problems here. Only chatbox is gray (not working). It has now become normal for people to keep on complaining about the site not loading. One thing I have realized is that primedice is no longer the one that we used to know before. So many things have really changed,i.e. poor support, chat lagging, site not loading, weird rolls-so many reds on small payouts, e.g. 1.088x. I just tried to roll today on 1.2x and was surprised to pump on a streak of 11 reds. The worst I have ever experienced was a streak of 6 reds, but today's was weird. Poor support? We are one of the only sites that has full 24/7 support. Except for the weekend when we have 8 hours break. You obviously did not send any tickets to support lately. Weird rolls do not exist. Its all in your head. You know what provably fair is. Chat is being worked on as we speak should be sorted out very soon. Yeah, you're completely full of shit on that one MICRO lol. Your support really sucks ass. How many of my inquiries went unanswered? How long did it take to PARTIALLY resolve my issue?

Personally, I have never had any serious issue to warrant raising a ticket. The only issue I have is "weird rolls" with many reds on very small payouts. Sometimes I tend to think that primedice is utilizing some sort of bot to study a players pattern and then flood red rolls for one to lose. Just a thought - no had feelings though. Why I said poor support is because of late I come across numerous complains from your users who claim you are not responding to their tickets. I hope I am not being unfair to you.

Sometimes you get support almost immediately other times it takes days and days and it gets unanswered. I think what happens the support staff probably look at the complaints and they do the easy ones first but the ones that require investigating they leave those last, and those are usually the most important ones. Like I said before, they are one of the largest gambling sites in the Bitcoin world, they really should hire extra staff to handle all these support issues.

Well you have to understand that we from the support can not do everything. So what is the point of me replying to every single of your tickets telling you the same thing. "We can not help you and we are waiting for admins." If your remember you will see that we replied to your first ticket within minutes. Which we do to all the tickets. Ours average first reply time is 0.16 hours atm. We will soon even have live chat support and replies under 5 minutes.

It is a good step moving forward to have live support but there are times when the rolls gets stuck and the chat window does not respond,may be because of the server issue,i dont know,i am experience hanging and lagging while rolling for a long time now,are there any plans to resolve that issue.

Good to hear that Isil. Hope these kind of hick ups will be eliminated forever as it is really irritating while you are rolling and i did bust a couple of times when the site freezes because you loose the flow and with the bank roll and profit the site has they could fix this up pretty quick permanently .

Well you have to understand that we from the support can not do everything.
So what is the point of me replying to every single of your tickets telling you the same thing.
"We can not help you and we are waiting for admins."
If your remember you will see that we replied to your first ticket within minutes. Which we do to all the tickets. Ours average first reply time is 0.16 hours atm.
We will soon even have live chat support and replies under 5 minutes.
Lol yeah PD can be accused of lots of things but clearly not of having a bad support xD They answer pretty fast on average. It's just that sometimes I don't understand their policies, but that's not the support problem.

Just hopes it stays stable for a week. How many times chat was dead last week is way too high. Sure i would like to have a stable chat and rolls and it was working smoothly without much problems before December but recently i am facing issues while rolling because the system freezes my rolls every now and then and so i plan on taking a break until i find the issue resolved and the site is having server issues for a long time and still they didn't migrate to a new server from what i understand.Edward and Stunna please do solve these issues.

Last time the fees are good. Few months ago you paid 20k and they set 1k

The fees that are being used are completely random between the 11k and 50k no matter what the amount is you withdraw or the recommended fee at the time. I've tested this too many times.

Well it's logical, they adapt the fees depending on the network. That's the correct thing to do actually, why paying too much when you can have a smaller fee for same service? That is exactly my point, they don't do that. When the network recommends a fee of 0.00025 on a 0.5 transaction PD uses 0.00011 when there's a recommended fee of 0.00015 PD uses 0.00033 , it is completely random.

One thing you can never question is their support system as they are fast in responding to your queries .I understand the fact that there is a withdrawal delay for big amounts but so is the case with every gambling sites when dealing with big amounts.

I really don't think they're random, it seems to me that they calculate the appropriate fee for the transaction to be made in a few hours. With some limits of course

One thing you can never question is their support system as they are fast in responding to your queries .I understand the fact that there is a withdrawal delay for big amounts but so is the case with every gambling sites when dealing with big amounts. The first response is quick. But it is the time they got a solution. That normally takes a while and should be faster.

Primedice now are getting huge are its everywhere lots of players and good admin also support now primedice alreayd had 1.5 billion bets and there are now giving 0.001 for those player who already gained 1 bitcoin waggered on their account it's sad for me because i already had 0.5 waggered :3
