Hey guys,
I just wanted to make a statement about “Bitcoin Cash” BTCC because everyone has been asking about it.
Primedice does not support UAHF, aka Bitcoin Cash. Users who would like to hold UAHF coins should withdraw their bitcoin from Primedice by July 31, as we will continue to use BTC.
Micro please clear my doubt that is it not good to hold my bitcoins on any website after 31st of July or just only on primedice. I don't know much about what's going in Bitcoin industry this UAHF system is also out of my knowledge atm. Can someone please explain in short what actually gonna happen. Thanks

Thanks Hey, There is a lot of info on what is going on at this moment. Coindesk is a good source. As for Primedice, it will be 100% safe to have your coins on primedice. You will only need to withdraw if you want to switch to Bitcoin cash.

It is good to see a proper update regarding how prime dice looks at the alternatives ,so basically those who really need to have the split coins need to withdraw the coins before 31 st July right,is there any plans to add more coins,i mean bitcoin spin off coins at a later stage.

Well since they only allow BTC now and for the last few years I am pretty sure there will be no alt-coins allowed for deposits. Only way I see them allowing Bitcoin Cash if it by some miracle Bitcoin Cash overtakes Bitcoin in a few years and they have to make the switch. But that won't happen.

Since we are all speculating here about bitcoin and its future and whether to allow BCC,how about Satoshi coming back and dumping the coins by August ,it will be a big disaster right. It is a real uncertain period right now, either way the coins the founder is holding is immense and i really think that he might be having the last laugh if he is not happy with the current development. Prime dice wont allow any alts and they wont have any plans as MICRO pointed out.

Wow really surprised that casinos started to take a stance on Bitcoin Cash. As much as we all hate Bitcoin Cash, it looks with all this demand and promotion it will be here to stay. I am predicting it will be worth 10% of BTC and be pretty much like the ETH/ETC pairs. Where ones goes up and the other is correlated in the opposite direction. I think best would be to hold both coins in the future to secure your money because the value of BTC will decrease and BCC will increase and vice-versa. There's no guarantee there will even be a fork, 6 blocks have to be mined at the same difficulty of bitcoin with bitcoin cash unlikely to be trading at more than 5-10% of the bitcoin price considering pretty much no wallets or services support it. If it does fork I recommend dumping your bitcoin cash before the price goes to zero. Bitcoin cash in my opinion is just a ploy being pumped by those who want to guarantee segwit 2x in its entirety takes effect.

And bitcoin has been proven resilient to many stuff so far so we think Bitcoin it the way to go in foreseeable future.

I understand UASF and BCC is not your bag but there is an increased risk of transactions get stuck or even lost before the alleged split so it would be wise to stop all ingoing and outgoing transactions to avoid confusion and coin loss

So we have less issues with people depositing to old deposit addresses.

Yep and in case you would havd a period when balances are to be frozen, make a banner in the deposit/withdraw page so it will not cause piles of support ticket for frozen balance. In this way it would self educate users regarding whats happening without adding to support ticket queue.

While playing on PD I'm trying to understand the provably fair verification code. So far so good, but what I don't understand is that I don't see the 1% house edge in the calculation of the rolls. Am I missing something?

The rolls numbers themselves aren't influenced by the house edge - the 1% edge affects whether your roll number is considered a win or not (ie. The range of values your roll number has to be within for the system to consider it a win.)

The range of values your roll number has to be within for the system to consider it a win.) let me explain with numbers. you will get 2x with chance %49.5 for playing High (here we have 0.5 percentage ) and also you will get 2x for playing low with chance %49.5 ( Here we have 0.5 percentage too) And sum of %1 is total house edge. In short term you will win. but in long term for sure you will lose all.
