You really should give a detailed write up of everything that went wrong and when it went wrong when the site is back up. Directly from twitter "We are waiting on our new ssl certificate to be sent so we can relaunch. 5-12 hrs", LOL. Here's a hint: ssl certificates are not delivered by boats. I hope your certificate doesn't get lost in its way, such a long trip. I believe this is a lie! They use cloudflare for ssl and they dont have to wait even a second. It looks like they are probably updating their system now. That means the server is complete, or its not and they are covering up a lie. With Cloudflare you have the option to use a general SSL cert that is shared with other people (not a good idea), or upload your own. So are you implying that uploading your certificate is better than the other option ? In other words, do you think one of the options is better than the other ? If you are reading this and don't know this means, just get the point that using SSL this way is pointless since the site has no control over its own certificate. So many experts around.. Only the certificate file is uploaded, not the key. You sir, are clearly not one of the experts.... stop trying to act like one. Your idiosy is simply astounding. Your knowledge about how cloudflare operates is astounding. How do you think cloudflare inspects the traffic ? Think about it for a moment, then realize that all the data entering into your site comes encrypted BUT only until it gets to cloudflare, then it goes to plaintext so cloudflare inspects it, then gets encrypted again with the certificate you provided. Think about it a little more and then you will see that all the data leaving your site will also get to plaintext while inside cloudflare datacenter. Therefore by using cloudflare you made SSL pointless.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

You need to give up now... you have absolutely no concept of how things work, please stop trying to guess. The Key/Cert pair is installed on Primary server.. the data passing through Cloudflare is enrypted. Cloudflare is basically just a proxy with some major bells and whistles added. Goto bed and let the adults talk.. your input is both wrong and irrelevant.

I thought they were using Cloudflares ssl cert and not their own.

LOL, this alone deserves to be saved. You clearly have no idea how traffic is inspected, and you failed to provide even the slightest clue about how it works (HINT HINT: you cannot inspect payload while it is encrypted). You failed to think about it for a moment, or maybe you just don't have any idea how this all works.
