I totally agree with you. It was a site that completely destroyed your computer. I actually think it was google.com. You should go blame them! Their twitter is @google, and they have a product forum where you can nicely ask for money just like you are doing here!

BEWARE

I just felt like I have to inform others who thinks about to deposit funds into this site.

There is absolutely no support to get in contact with, me and many others had the same experience. So if you run into any trouble with your accounts and such there is no way you can turn to get help.

My story begins with that I made a deposit of total 0.4 BTC and instantly began to roll the dices. I had a incredible good run and made a 3-4+ BTC profit in just a couple of days. But when it was time to cashout some of my profit the problems started. It appeared that my deposit address were a victim of the "Transaction Malleability".. so it seems that another 0.1 BTC had been deposited to my account from nowhere. I didn't even recognise that until I checked my stats and my profit didn't "add up" to my balance. I had 0.1 BTC extra in my balance than the profit said.

So I contacted the support and got a reply some days later about this.. and they said that this was caused by the "Transaction Malleability" and that they would fix it. It have now been weeks and nothing have  happened.. they don't even answer anymore on their support email.

Apparently people also get "muted/banned" by no reason at all.. including myself.

Yesterday Sunna came online in the chat-room on the site, he manage to un-mute me and promised to take care of my issue and "regulate" my balance to the right one.. only because the extra 0.1 BTC that I shouldn't have gotten in the first place. Now I'm sitting here and writing this post because I have lost my patience.. I feel like I have been robbed at the moment.

My deposit address: https://blockchain.info/address/1EVhp2KM4hocpaGDE9gKieXhoDJiEz3xh

Here are some printscreens
My stats: https://i.imgur.com/OOKIIKM.png
Deposit address print: https://i.imgur.com/8PTM5If.png
Print from the mail conversation: https://i.imgur.com/HCzp2VE.png

After the last sent mail it has been quiet since then.. I have also been in contact with another person who didn't get his payout (a pretty large one) and PrimeDice claimed that he "double-spent" the cashout. How that now even is possible?..

I don't really have the time to get into every little detail regarding this.. but this site seems to be running by real amateurs. The support part of an online service "overweight" the actual site itself. I really enjoyed playing at PrimeDice, but when it comes to get payed.. that's when the problems appears. But I think that's like gambling too right?..

So I really regret that I even got involved in this site.. now when all my bitcoins are locked into their site and I can't do something about it.

I hope that some other players who had the same experience could share something too.. it can't continue on like this!

There are always two sides to every story. I'm sure people only get banned/muted for spamming crap on the forum. There's always people complaining how they've been scammed when they're just probably sore losers. It's onyl been a day and I'm sure Stunna will get back to you shortly.

I just recently got an response instantly from Sunna that he will fix this issue tonight, isn't that weird?..

I hope that he do right for himself, so I'm a little happier at the moment.

WARNING

I have been trying to get to the bottom of an issue I have had with them for a week with very little resolution. I checked the price of btc and it was $600 or so. A bit later  had deposited a sum of 6.2 btc within the site while the price of btc was dropping from cex.io to cash out. The deposit went through smoothly to https://blockchain.info/address/1N7mWDvrmSySaHYMgcs17vHchcQHzsUkxG as far as I knew. The 6.2 btc were sitting in my account. I rechecked preev and the price was wavering in the realm of 680-700. I figured that i would place a bet and hope id pay off a transaction fee. So I placed a small bet, ended up losing and just decided to cash out to my lbc address 16qm7w9yx7DkwB42cqghZaViaL3X1SHSsj. I clicked cashout and got no error or anything, just that it would take 1 confirmation of the deposit before the site would release my cashout. I wait a few minutes and my deposit was confirming. NOTHING whatsoever was sent to my cashout address even after 100+ confirmations. I emailed support and stunna seperately it took over 24 hours to get a response from support which in a nutshell says that they suspect that I tried to deposit 6.2 twice, had 12.4 appear in my account, then tried to cash out  each payment seperately. They claim that I got the 6.2 btc when I never had 12.4 and blockchain shows that the payment address that I sent it to has NEVER received any payment other than .62 from just-dice. I spent hours trying to explain my side of the story to support. I got nowhere, they never responded to my replies. I then signed in the website and talked in chat about it where I was muted by support. I quickly created a new account and explained that I had been muted to which I was muted again by hui. I created another account and said I wouldnt talk about my problem again in chat and hui let me stay. Fast forward to the next day I see Pokerjet in chat so i give him my skype, he adds me and I explain my problem, he says he will forward it to stunna but I havent heard back from him since. The next day I decided to PM stunna here, after several hours I get a response from him and its basically the same accusations of support but saying that they believe I am using some kind of txid malleability exploit or something. Livid at that point i tried to ask him, if i tried to withdraw twice show me where the first withdraw which is valid succeeded where I was given the btc. His final response thus far was that both requests to withdraw were rejected. None of my later messages have been answered. I have no idea where else to go with this and I am at my wits end. I advise that anybody depositing btc PLEASE PLEASE make sure you atleast wait a while before playing with them and or withdrawing before you end up with an issue like me or Snuffish.

I will most likely be adding screenshots of conversations within the next few minutes.

I've been trying to get a hold on this situation the past few days and decide how to deal with it, I also emailed you earlier today.

Basically what happened is your cashouts have been stuck on one of your accounts as some of your deposits never confirmed and now no longer exist, likely due to malleability. I think the fairest way to deal with the situation is to remove the deposit(s) that do not exist from your balance. I don't believe any foul-play was involved in this case, the reason why your support emails probably aren't being actively answered are because our support team doesn't understand this ticket, I've been trying to handle it myself. I said I'd sort this out for you yesterday but I was distracted by domain/ssl issues, so you certainly have my apologies. The reason you cannot cashout is due to the fact that our system will now allow a cashout if a user has unconfirmed deposits, your mutated txes never confirmed. I don't really understand the whole BEWARE post as I told you I'd sort out this issue, there has just been a delay which I apologize for.

As for Jp, I've been trying to figure out if he intentionally exploited the site or not. All I know is that the things we discussed in our brief correspondence did not add up and it was clear that he wasn't being completely truthful. A summary of what happened in that scenario was 6.28 was deposited to your account but the transaction was double-spent. Now the double-spent transaction no longer exists and never reached a confirmation. Upon seeing both transactions hit your account you went ahead and cashed out 12.56 a moment after without placing any bets. I can't in good faith pay you out with the current information I have as I feel that you attempted to exploit us and the PM's you sent were contradictory to the facts at hand. None-the-less I'll continue to look into this, I'm trying to figure out if this was unintentional.

I have zero interest in taking the funds of any users, a small handful of users choose to store 100s of coins worth of funds on the site and have encountered no issues.

You attempted to cashout 12.56 which was blocked by our system as one of your deposits never reached a confirmation and then was removed from the blockchain.

The story you posted above simply isn't true given the time logs of your deposit/cashout. Send the full story to stunna at primedice.com and I'll give it a read over tonight. If you Pmed me the past few days I probably wouldn't have seen it, my inbox has been filling due to our advertising promotion:

Please be completely honest with that email, we have logs of everything and refreshing the page wouldn't re-send the cashout either. I'd respect if you were 100% forthright I'd be much more likely to resolve this claim.

If you read my previous post I wrote that I got an e-mail from you. I made that post "before" you sent me that e-mail.. otherwise I wouldn't have done it. Then it seems that some of your support-staff are incapable when these kinds of issues appear. But that's not my business. I was really sceptical to actually do that post.. I don't like to deal with these kind of issues this way. But I didn't know what else to do when every support mail I sent just got ignored.

Of course there's no "foul-play" involved in this, the blockchain speaks for itself: https://blockchain.info/address/1EVhp2KM4hocpaGDE9gKieXhoDJiEz3xh
Just that I got that 0.1 BTC extra caused by the malleability and I want to be fair as well and get that fixed.

So I hope that we can sort this out once and for all so I can earn your trust and keep on gambling on your site.. because PrimeDice is the site i spend the most of my "free time" nowdays.

I just felt like I have to inform others who thinks about to deposit funds into this site.

There is absolutely no support to get in contact with, me and many others had the same experience. So if you run into any trouble with your accounts and such there is no way you can turn to get help.

You should be able to cashout now, sorry for any inconvenience this duplicate TX caused you and for my delay in resolving this.
