I have seen the topic on your forum and it is really a great.
1. How will get the prize?
2. Prize pool will be divided to all winners or 1 single winner?
3. 1 entry per person or as many as the person can?

I'm quite sure that the thread of the challenge is clear enough and you just need to read as well as understand the rules.
To summarize it here if you dont have enough time to read all the provided information about the challenge, so let me provide it for you below:
Answer for #1:

Win two consecutive bets with the multiplier set on 12.5000x.

Afterwards, win bets with all three of these specific numbers: 12.50 , 19.59 , 20.08 with the multiplier set on 1.1000x (these bets do not have to be consecutive).

Answer for #2:

Minimum prize pool: $150
If over 30 participants: $350
If over 50 participants: $450
If over 100 participants: $550
If over 200 participants: $800

So it is clear that the prize is divided to all qualified participants.

Answer #3:

1 valid entry per household.

First, they are only stake's representative on this forum and they only shared one of winning from a lucky user, i don't see any reason why you called they a spammer.
Why do you want to know about how much the user has lost before he hit that? I was often betting on that wining chance and i was got more than 100-200 streak losses often and once got 800+ streak losses.

He is getting paid for spamming about stake and primedice, this shouldnt be allowed.
Secondly they posting only winning bet's, why they didnt post if someone bust 10 btc or something?
PD and Stake was made by scammers and CEO is old beggar. You cant trust them. That's all.

He is not spamming, he is doing his job but he is not breaking any forum rules IMO. Sure it is subjective opinion, you may say it as spam but others may say the opposite side.
Posting winning bets is a marketing strategy to attract people obviously, many other sites do the same. If you owns a casino, will you post losing bets regularly?
If you think that they are scammer, prove it with valid evidences. Otherwise, people will say that you are spreading FUD.
