You should contact support, they told me that the wallets are under maintenance and I believe they've posted notification on Telegram as well as on the site. 

they said it will be fixed in 12 hours on the 26th jan. this was after multiple complains. till now nothing is done and they are not updating. someone mentioned onn chat that he was able to withdraw. so i presume there is nothing wrong with their wallet

they are obviously using your money to trade. imagine all the deposits pd gets and imagine the profit they will make in 4 or 5 days.
the only reason they are not paying out xrp is because they are trading with it.

Ok, thanks a lot for the clarification. I know both PD and Stake are from the same owner and I wanted to check the above about dice. I did not have any doubts about PD being provably fair but being very similar to Stake I believed they were actually the same.

Yes, thanks. Now it is all clear to me. Both primedice and Stake use what IMHO are the best provably fair implementations taken from a players perspective. I do not want to compare it to other implementations I have seen on other platforms but a few of them truly suck (one in particular).

Well, although I'm one of those 9900x hunters, I don't think I will ever see such a big win, because my base bets are usually much smaller.

The jackpot was this cool little feature when it came out but I can't help but think that we could have done a better job. The odds of winning it are really quite low and then you have to have bet a certain amount to activate the highest level of the reward. This is definitely something we would like to change/rework this year. For such a tremendously large jackpot there really isn't much buzz or interest in it anymore because it has dragged on for so many years without a major winner.
