Which mail service are you using? Yahoomail, gmail etc? Confirmation mails arrive late sometimes which is why it's best to stay patient. If you received the confirmation email and if the result is an error, I guess they might ask you to provide an alternate email.

Yeah, it's better just to let him go alone and I don't think that he'll get what he wants to get if the support has already figured out his problem. There's no way to refund the money that you've already spent and lost it legally.

It is reasonable why support cant sent your money before your email is confirmed. It is to make sure that you are the real owner of the account. Any sites will do the same imho as it will be very risky if they send it directly without the confirmation. You should admit your own mistake in this case. You are not patient enough to wait until they fix the error and you decided to bet with your balance. Any sites wont give what you have lost back for similar/same case. You have to move on, accept your own mistake and accept the reality that you have lost it.
