Stunna isn't going to fix this error, since they're working on PD3 which will likely not have errors.(they took huge times to make it Bugless) I would be surprised if PD3 come out as beta or having any bugs.

Stunna, can you please reply to my PM regarding this when you have time.
I had no idea that my seed was changed when placing the bets after the error and don't see this mentioned anywhere on the site.
I only noticed after I checked the bet id of my loss and saw the client seed bet id was much lower than it should be. I knew I had placed much more bets than that since I deposited which is when it dawned on me what had happened.
You say yourself how important the role of the client seed is in determining rolls so I can't see how my loss can be considered fair, when my client seed was changed due to an error.

Last post in this discussion. If u played roulette in live casino, and croupier(dealer) changes , or playing poker, and dealer changes, and after 12 bets u lose . Would u ask for refund ? Coz yes, if dealer did not change, u would be probably dealt different cards , or rolled other number . Its just ridiculous what u are saying . Yes, pd should not have errors, yes it did affected outcome of that bet, BUT ur chance to lose remained the same, (and pretty big chance to lose 1 bet on 80% in 12 rolls btw). edit: Sorry if dealer had to change coz he was sick . That is error Yes u can wait 24h and check that bet provably fair, and u will see if that bet was fair. Its more like this. In the middle of a poker game, you know your about to win. Then the dealer accidentally does something he isnt supposed to, and makes everyone restart the game. This is more like what happened. Pls explain to me HOW he did know he was about to win Come on nahtnam rely ? I respect u but that just doesn't make any sense. In the case of spixel, he did not know he wa going to win, but he got an error and couldn't find out. He could have won, but he lost since a tech error made him refresh. In the case of a live casino, my analogy represents more closely the case of spixel.

He should, because this does relate to the fairness of his site.

I hope primedice can see this from my point of view. I really do feel cheated. While I think primedices intentions are honest, if a known error changes my rolls and I lose only a handful of bets afterwards, I think asking for a refund shouldn't be considered out of line.

It wasn't fair because if I knew the seed was changed I wouldn't have done that bet (or the ones prior to it) It was done completely without my knowledge. I would have cashed out my deposit + winnings up to then and come back and tried later had I known my seed had just been changed after an error. If it didn't happen I would have continued betting with different outcomes. This is the honest truth, the error had a very big affect on the outcome of my betting at primedice today.

The auto withraws are pretty nice, I received my withdraw 17minutes after my deposit, I guess you can get your withdraw once your deposit is confirmed at least once, do you receive the withdraw within a minute if you don't have a pending deposit? -0.34 to +0.38 for my overall stats on PD

Stunna I would like to talk to you in private about this, can you please check your inbox.
This is a big deal imo and I think I deserve to be able to talk to you at least.
I sent you a PM and you've been online a couple times since but not responded.

You are not going to get anything back. Just face the facts: 1. You gambled more then could afford to lose without being depressed or in financial trouble. 2. You believe in a gambler's fallacy, a sign of gambling addiction. Previous rolls (like 4x losing 80% in a row) have no outcome on the next roll or this whole "my seed was more likely to win" bullshit. 3. Refusing to understand that you had a fair roll. Even after the error occurred there was a period between when the screen reloaded and the period when you clicked "roll". It is your fault you did not check the client seed and instead clicked roll without haste. The end result is that you lost. The bigger issue is that you are showing signs of gambling addiction. Gamblers out of control believe in gambling fallacys like you have presented you believe in as well as make "all in" or substantial wagers that are not "mere enjoyment" should they lose. Consider it a lesson and move on. Consider that you might have a gambling issue too. If Stunna were to refund you, then he would have to do it for everyone that experienced some sort of error and then pressed roll. Which would make his site unprofitable in the long run for him. All rolls are final which are in the FAQ. Unless you can prove that the roll was not truly fair, which it was, you have no grounds for a refund of any sort.

I'm not in financial trouble, sure everyone would be a bit depressed after they just lost. I was almost over it, then I checked my bet ID and found this out. Call me a gambling addict if you want but I'm not. I have fun playing at PD but like everyone I don't like to lose, but I can get over it after it sets in. What I cant get over is not losing fairly and I honestly don't believe what happened is fair.

The only way you have any leg to stand on is if the error occurred and caused a roll you did not mean to happen, happen. If the error occurred page reloaded and you had to press roll then yes 100% no refund for you. You had a chance to see the client seed and all the seeds. There is no one at fault for caution not taken in ensuring client seed is the same except for the one who clicks roll.

I had no idea it had been changed after the error or I wouldn't have done those bets, this is the truth. Everytime I start betting at primedice I take it like a new start. There was no mention after the error that my seed had been changed, I continued like nothing had happened. Why should the onus be on me for an error out of my control. In my eyes, knowing that client seed changes rolls, all bets after the error should be void unless I knew it had been changed, which I didn't until after.

If anyone cares..
Had I done the same amount of bets before going all in after the error, my client seed would have been 7446901-0041
With the same server seed (don't know if this would be the same) the resulting roll would have been 50.38 so I would have won. Either way I still don't believe what happened is fair, the error changed the outcome and I don't think anyone can argue with that.
