I noticed small amounts out (for example 0.01) are still instant, but slightly over 0.1 is not working or on manual.
Is there normally a limit that triggers manual instead of auto?

I cant provide any official info atm. But if that is so , my best guess is that hot wallet is low and probably nobody on support atm to fill it in. (its only my guess) .

Pd is bit buggy on IE u should try using other browser from now on. I hope they will resolve ur issue soon.

Not too sure. Quite possibly.

If I'm thinking along the right lines I think the attack have gone like this:
1. User 'deposits' by sending a payment to an address
2. User bets with that deposits
3. a) If it wins, let the deposit confirm
    b) If it loses, attempt a double spend to an alternate address that's owned by the user
4. Rinse and repeat, to win.

I don't know if "trusted" or V.I.P. accounts are possible, but the general answer is probably "apply to all accounts."
If older members have instant deposits, then thieves will go looking to buy those accounts.
Also, he said "all deposits", so it sounds like all accounts.

Yeah , wont be a problem. Instant deposits ware rly unsafe for pd, there is a reason why jd and some others need atleast 1confirm.
