2) They are not provably fair.

Is happy hour going to be everyday? It would be nice if there was a schedule. If you had a schedule more people would go to your site for sure, it would become well known that happy hour happens at a certain time. And then a % of those would keep gambling with their own funds

When you say bot, do you mean people logging in with multiple accounts? Or just botting with each 10,000 satoshis?

I think the captcha would stop the first scenario. As for the 2nd, theres not much you can do with a bot and 10,000 satoshis, better to do it manually. During happy hour I bet 1000 satoshis at a time with 1-2% odds.

No, captcha doesn't stop the first scenario, hence why he never announces the exact time of a HH no more than an hour ahead of time.
