It's interesting that you can get a negative balance. That's probably a sign that something is exploitable. Maybe you can duel against yourself on two accounts / two computers, and bet on both at the same time? Also, there was a bunch of spam for PrimeDice overnight on a few other dice sites, filling the chat boxes and making conversation impossible. The spammer was spamming the address primedice3.com rather than primedice.com. Fetching primedice3.com gives: So that tells us who the spammer is. What's PD's policy on people spamming their affiliate link over and over? If it was my site I would confiscate his funds, and make it clear that we do not accept people spamming the link. But if it was my site I wouldn't be paying people to spam in the first place. Would be nice if somebody can provide some ss, as proof of spam. Just to have something to show to user when u set his affliliate commision to 0% , which im sure pd will do to prevent that from happening.

tnx stunna for adding this amazing thing i won on jackpot 0.03 also i gaved like 20 - 30 rains to people in chat and gaved away o most 0.01 btc congrats to people who received if i win more like this there will be much much much more!!! PD RULES!!! I notice that in addition to the normal payout you got an extra (stake times 9) bonus. Previously I read that it would be (stake times 10). Is there any official information about the jackpot, so I can tell whether this is a bug or not? If the bonus is (stake times 9) then that takes the effective house edge from 1.0% to 0.91%, not 0.9% as I've seen advertised: >>> 1 - 0.01 * 10 0.9 >>> 1 - 0.01 * 9 0.91

I have problems running Primedice under Linux... Which browser plugins do I need?
I couldn't make it work either, but my browsers are a bit outdated (I tried to open PD on Opera and Firefox), so had to switch to windows (hope that temporarily)... It runs for me in Chromium in Linux, except for the same bugs that everyone is seeing.

Someone just wagered 456 BTC and won 60 BTC in less than 30 minutes :O
Not according to the stats at the top of the screen they didn't: Mon Aug 11 22:10:59 PDT 2014 BTC WAGERED: 408,653.3939 TOTAL BETS: 756,002,210 Tue Aug 12 10:46:24 PDT 2014 BTC WAGERED: 408,751.5231 TOTAL BETS: 759,988,204 There were just less than 100 BTC wagered in total in the 12.5 hours overnight between the last 2 times I looked. Your post was at 09:59:17 AM PDT, shortly before the 2nd of those two data points. Are those stats at the top of the screen accurate? Edit: even now, I see: Tue Aug 12 11:17:15 PDT 2014 BTC WAGERED: 408,754.4953 TOTAL BETS: 760,012,442 Even going back 2 days ago: Sun Aug 10 11:14:31 PDT 2014 BTC WAGERED: 408,265.0833 TOTAL BETS: 750,579,613 There have been less than 500 BTC wagered in the last 2 days according to the site itself. So how has this whale managed to wager 620 BTC today? There's something fishy about this whale.

I only took one screenshot, but it's pretty conclusive: Edit: of course that doesn't prove that the owner of the affiliate link did the spamming. I could spam ?ref=MICRO all over the place, screenshot it, report it here and ask for you to have your earnings zeroed too. And if he's smart that's what this guy will claim happened. The solution, of course, is not to pay people for spreading affiliate links all over the place, but that would harm business.

Especially on something as lucrative as gambling affiliation. As the easiest way for most is spamming other sites. Unfortunately i dont think there's an easy solution. Love both sites!

Believe it or not I've seen the primedice3 url being spammed on primedice as well (I figured it was a phishing site.) Edit: done: So how has this whale managed to wager 620 BTC today? There's something fishy about this whale. Just realized the wagered on the header wasn't including bets in high roller tab, only all bets tab. That's why it has been lacking behind. Should be all good now.

The solution, of course, is not to pay people for spreading affiliate links all over the place, but that would harm business. Ok u have some good point. But there is no much reson for somebody to spam others link and posibly make them some earnings. (not likely to happen coz im like 99% sure nobody will click that ref link when its spamed that much its hard to get somebody to use it even if u ask only once and politely. Idk people nature. Im getting an empresion tha u think pd is paying somebody to spam theirs link. Which i must say its totaly not true. And u probably know that , doing that will do so much more harm to pd than acutally profit. Nobody wants to have reputation for causing spam. Pd is just offering people nice way to earn some extra buck. They done that with sig campaign and as soon as there was some complaints about people spaming to boost postcount , pd put a cap on max post cout being paid to prevent that. And it will do more steps to even more put a stop on it next term. Last term i checked all members and alot of posts has been deducted and some memvers banned. So my point is , pd is trying to provide some ways to bitcoin community to earn some extra income , while at the same time trying to not get spam reputation. Im sute they will try hard to find a way to put a stop on spam ref links. Which probably wont be so easy to do. That is only my way of seeing how pd is menaged. And that are some of reasons i like pd an its community so much . U might call me a shill now but, im completly honest. Btw i got only 10 refs even thou some people are asking to be my refs coz they did not have my link when they made accounts. But ofc i would not want them to bother making new acc with it. Sorry for typos , im typing this from phone. Edit: Just saw Stunnas post after finished mine, took me some time to type it all on phone . Lol.

PD pay people for all the users they bring to PD using their affiliate link. That of course incentivises people to spread their affiliate link around. So which PD can say "we're against spam", they have their incentives lined up in exactly the opposite direction. The more widely you get your affiliate link distributed, the more you make. If PD didn't pay affiliates, this spam wouldn't happen. THAT is what I mean when I say they pay people to spam. Just-Dice never paid anyone to advertise and yet attracted *far* more business than PrimeDice. That seems like a pretty clear demonstration that advertising is necessary. The forum has been littered with PrimeDice ads in signatures for a long time, and now people are being paid to spread affiliate links too. I'm just not sure the mess caused by all this advertising is worth the rewards (and yes, I know that's hypocritical of me to say when I have an ad in my own signature; I'm going to think about whether I should stop renting out my signature).

I'm more than happy to ban any users from the affiliate program/signature program for spamming as I just did with PrimeDiceOK. Naturally spam is going to be unpreventable with a program like this but I'm committed to banning anyone necessary from it to try and enforce it stays as spam free as possible. The fact that I will remove any spammers from either campaign without hesitation proves we don't support this activity. Some site called bitblackred often spams out PD chat and I understand how frustrating this is which is why I'm sincerely sorry for his activity. With regards to your other point Just-dice didn't have to pay anyone to advertise, the players owned the bankroll and thus the site and were willing to advertise for free. Also with regards to fixes, Just uploaded a new bitcoind fix to stop the issue where some people weren't always being credited deposits This will have drastically lowered our work load so we'll be able to roll out some new neat updates ASAP! Some things to look forward to: - VIP Chat (A chat room that needs level 20+ to join) - Better PvP sockets connections (Will make PvP much smoother) - /Rain command (When you type /rain you can distribute a certain amount of BTC to last 20 people who have talked) - THE BIG 20 BITCOIN GIVEAWAY - Beggars blacklist (People added to begging black list can't receive tips) Email support@primedice.com with any other suggestions!

What if someone starts to spam other peoples ref link to get them have 0% commission? Now someone will ask why would someone do such thing, as already asked above, so there is couple reasons: they just want to make harm for them, example user A leaves negative feedback user B at this forum and then user B spams users A ref link to make him not to get commission. Second scenario is someone trying to get as many people banned as possible and hoping it will be noticed and they won't get banned and then he can spam his own ref link at the same time and not to get banned, becouse it is impossible to know who is the real spammer.

Well as i said, that is trying to provide some extra buck to the community. There will always be people that will try to abuse that. But i think that wont be like big % of people that will spam and abuse. And much bigger % will be happy with chance to earn some exstra profit , and not abuse it and not cause spam. And imo its worth it. Coz i think it benefits the community more than harms it. Spam will always be there, and i know how painfull that is, been dealing with bitblackred and other spam links on pd chat for more than couple of months, yeah even links from dice sie u have in ur sig. But again i dont thunk that is good enoug reason to not give the rest of community the chance to earn some money, just becouse couple of spammers abuse it.

Hey, just tell everybody to use ignore option. Click on username > ignore Or type /ignore username And unignore is /unignore username . U dont need mods on pd anymore . . Now im basicly more tips bot than mod. Lol. Yeah i would love that mobile version so much now when i dont have access to pc. . There are just couple of more things to fix on pd3 and then all focus will go into finishing that mobile version asap.
