I didn't see that chat because chat seems broken for me still - both in Firefox and Chromium now it freezes up regularly.
Is it standard practice to announce people's deposits and withdrawals? That could be off-putting for some players.
Anyway, my experience:
My 40 BTC deposit was credited after a single confirmation, and my
43.125 BTC withdrawal hit the blockchain instantly when I requested it, while my deposit still only had 2 confirmations. That's quite impressive.
I hope the socket issue (or whatever is causing the chat to freeze) is resolved soon.
