Hi PD,
Just wanted to say I think there was a glitch on my account -my level and faucet was reduced the other day -my chat faucet was already decreased so I am wondering what the reason is for the second decrease?! :/
Please help PD. Woe is me.

At first go msgs that was less then 3 words long are removed from xp , that reduced faucet . And then later chat xp was removed completely . So chat no longer counts towards faucet. edit: that's why u saw 2 steps down in ur faucet reward. Oh okay... |

Shouldn't be possible. Did u check ur transaction log ? What does it say ? Thats weird. Getting no amount would be fine, but getting a less amount is totally not right. Its almost impossible for that to happen. Maybe you should wait for STunna to update you on this. |

you should post a screen cap, with your tx id etc, so they can recover the proper balance if there is a mistake. but most balances come in the right amount, so not sure what happened to you... |
