Well said. Provably fair is not 100% fool proof but if site would start cheating somebody would notice rly fast .
And its so easy to prove that, just saying it without proof is rly foolish .

No, it can be cheated....the thing is that someone could claim that their site is provably fair when it is in fact not (for example by changing the server seed or by skipping nonces). Although I think enough people are watching PD that it would be noticed if they were to do any of this
