There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

With graphics it's always worth trying to do something a little more professional looking. Here's a couple of minutes photoshop. haha, good analogy to BiteCoin ...

Sounds like a good coin to mine for a couple hours, possibly buy on the forum and then dump if and when it hit's the exchange. Of course it will die a slow and miserable death as folks try to recoup by not selling early but that's the way of the coins, hard to go back.
What is really different with this coin, haven't seen any specifics on it? Enjoy the class of 2016 at their best, schools out hells yea..
BTW: I'm all in!

I assume it is this one: http://de.thetimenow.com/utc/universal_coordinated_timeI want to quote a post I wrote yesterday since you still have a shot to get it right: I think that at this point this board is so full of mining-hungry zealots that even a complete copy of litecoin (like feathercoin) would be very successful if some dev would FINALLY get the following criteria right without missing EVEN ONE OF THEM:
1) rename all fucking instances of the coin name in the software, and add your own stupid pictures. don't miss a spot. 2) announce it at least a day in advance and don't fucking miss the time. 3) start with higher difficulty OR let the first 12 hours of blocks give no reward, choose parameters so that it's no orphan clusterfuck 4) provide all forms of binaries/sources, with MIRRORS - preferrably in advance. 5) provide ports/settings/conf etc. in advance.
Bonus) Faster Confirmation Times than Bitcoin's are a plus in my book. You look like you're aiming to get it right! If you look at the last few "Not-100%-Failure-and-zero-value-launches", BitGem fucked up 2), 4) and 5), and most of 3) (at least no orphans). WorldCoin screwed up 3) big time, and wasn't perfect on 4) and 5) (not provided in advance, mirrors came too late after download server already crashed) - and look how well it was received.
