There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

http://nibble.scryptmining.com can help you out why only stratum? mostly just don't feel like running pushpool too, but, its also way more efficient for these super quick blocks.

I'm trying to run it on cpuminer but I can't connect it at all.. as far as I know it should work with it too. Never had problems with non-stratum pools.

F this, I'm going to back to one of the other crap coins.
Will check back when someone has posted, again, how they mined 10000 coins in the first 45 minutes while everyone else gets nothing but orphans. Something is really effed up with these constant alts....
Get your doubloons instead http://pirate.coinloot.com:8300/static/blastbob is this a nibble p2pool or another coin, pirate?coinloot? - -

I've added a new p2pool. With the difficulty increase, it will be useful. Here are the parameters: cgminer --scrypt -o next.afraid.org:8118 -u yourNIBaddress -p . statistics available here: http://next.afraid.org:8118---------------- 2% fee. p2pool are fast this is the good one... Now, the coins flow - Everything is fine...

which client? Your wallet client/gui has no impact on mining at the pool. Mine at the pool via cgminer/bfgminer or other stratum capable scrypt miner.

Whats the best time to switch from solo mining to a pool?
You may look at the statistics of the pool, and once it gets a lot of blocks, this is the right time. pool payout is fishy at this diff level u get says you get 11000 coins per day yet payout is like .00001 lol had that problem with anther pool smiiming off the top:)\ KH/s NIB/Day 1,929 19,868.088 Estimated Per Payout 0.11818946 NIB Account Balance 0.51444604 NIB 20 minutes When using a p2pool, mined blocks are divided between current users. So, you get a mined block part, and you don't have to flush an account, this is quicker and more effective for a new coin.

Ok, will ask one last time, which client? may want to try adjusting ScanTime to 1-2s, or other tweaks for quick blocks.
