And one of your gpus is off !

You rock !
Smiley
turned off because it is built into the processor 7660D, I run the other config )))

@whitedragon

You need to add this to the nible.conf file.

Code:
addnode=99.132.231.140
addnode=72.11.149.185
addnode=207.12.89.2
addnode=46.39.246.24
addnode=54.244.198.104
addnode=72.78.100.3
addnode=106.187.94.209
maxconnections=5

This is to prevent that your connection is made with rogue or misbehaving peers, most of them trying to process into the nibble network blockchains that were mined offline, creting that problem. This list avoids that problem. I had the same problem that you had and now it's fixed.

then delete the file pers.dat in the folder %appdata%/nibble

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

At this rate next diff retarget in 20 hours. A 80% increment perhaps?

Shit... I forgot I made a new nibble.conf file when I was messing with p2pool that didn't have the nodes in it...and I forgot to switch back to the other one when I installed fresh.  I've switched back now and I'll turf my peers file and see how she goes.

tyrion70 or basslike around?  Did you guys get your p2pools to work with the addnode addresses in your conf file?  Mine didn't seem to like it.

@whitedragon
Yeah I have no problems with them. You just need to wait that the nibbled server syncs with the network.

Ok maybe I'll try it again now that it looks like I can actually stay in sync!

Thanks captain I will add it to my list I do not moderate this op

But I'll also ask hyoshi to add it here .

A few words to the faithful ,

There is talk of the BTC devs 51% attacking nibble and a few other currencies, I just want to tell you I'm aware , and we will try to take preventative action .

Now a word on economics:

I planned for all this , a low hash rate is a product of the way this economic market works ,  just as the wider free market has investors and traders , but we investors  need traders to help us , as they continually sell low and we buy and hold .

That's just the market, the other thing I planned for , go back and look at some of my earliest posts, was the fact that as the price would stay low , that will give ample opportunity for new investors to come in .

To you investors , we will hold something that is well marketed , was not created by a btc dev , and with a now small but super active community ,  do you want that , or something that only traders are interssted in ?

My aim was that your net risk as an investor be low.

Everything is on track so far.

Hyoshi is online but the GLDcoin spammers paid him in BTC to take on that sinking ship - so who knows?

 - he hasn't gotten back to my PM yet - if he ends up too busy with GLD - maybe we can dual Dev nibble or i can pay someone to take it on -

 - i would want a rock solid Dev but, this is not a pump dump spam - we are here on the BTC forum now , but we will change that later - i'm not spamming this around here on purpose - we have a plan , i'm glad you guys are sticking in here -  i am talking to people .

as i said this is not a reatil "coin" this is a future investment - this is a buy and hold - , if you trade it and sell low , you lose .

this is for when "shit hits the fan" , which isn't as far off as you might think.
