I was wondering to check Dapp. i cant start to lending. have big issue. By the way is there any news about new exchanges ? will ethlend be listed on bittrex or polo ?

In similar manner as giving a fund lending, there are. Poloniex has similar project. But nothing, I repeat, NOTHING, is as secure as ETHLend because all of the funding and lending are supported by smart contract and tokens as collateral in case of default.

Please install Metamask, it's an Chrome Extension and the website will work absolutely perfect.
They are working on having the message modified to something more appropriate.

May I point out that with ETHLend system, we can minimize the risk significantly as there are collaterals and some reputation based system? So we can almost say that lending with ETHLend is low risk with high reward

Go to their bounty thread to look for info about their bounties, this is their ann thread. But to answer your questions, no, it was never paused but also no, it not "live" anymore. The bounty are all over few weeks ago and the bounty will be distributed around January.

300ETH lended in less than 2 weeks and growing.
And still many stuff to release yet and many milestones to break. So I'll just hold and look forward to see what january 2018 will bring

It is charged every time someone put a loan request as well as when someone fund a lending. You can see their official info about this pinned on their telegram channel.
