6 months is a very long time for crypto currency. There will be a strong drop in prices to 10-14 satosh at $ 17,000 per btc and no guarantee that they will manage again!

The ip ban will reset in about 10 minutes. You can try again later. That happens sometimes. When it happened to me, I just waited and reconnected later.
