You need set up with a pool and your wallet address.
Look at the first ANN page, a list of pools, and the discord group for more information and Q/A...

that's one problem I have I open up the mining pool page and I have no idea what to do - it doent look as if anything can be clicked --so i found the ccminer nvidea  https://github.com/tsiv/ccminer-cryptonight/releases
when i try to download it - i get a warning from my pc that it has a virus -
can you post a link if possible to the correct one if it isnt the one i posted ..thanks gain !

Most binary miners do trigger antivirus false positives.
You must keep secure, of course, but if you trust the source, trust the binary.
Also, keep the rig secure: don't mine with unencrypted wallets on the same machine, etc.

Seems like the network all around is having hiccups.  Every 2-3 blocks is taking an insane amount of time to be found.

Looking here http://intensecoin.com/explorer/ all seems fine, blocks mined normally. So it must be pool issue then.

There were some issues with pool earlier today but all has been fixed for a couple hours now.
