All you need is an account and deposited funds for buying BNK. You need to verify your account only if you transfer funds via methods that require that like bank cards and bank transfers. That's it! Greetings. I would like to ask you to clarify the process of buying BNK tokens while the ICO is active. I just read in another topic (Bankera ICO - HUGE) that the procedure is this: "The following sequence of actions is as follows: 1) You register https://spectrocoin.com/en/signup.html?referralId=3230142453; you validate acc - send documents for confirmation of identity 2) You are writing an email to info@bankera.com with a request to confirm your account and that you want to get to whitelist for specified BNK currency amouth, also give your spectrocoin account details (email) 3) deposit and wait for start pre sale for purchase." But you mentioned in a previous post that all that is needed is some crypto coins transfered in the spectrocoin wallets. I have already created a basic account in spectrocoin.com but I have not validate it by sending any documents. Can I still buy BNK tokens during the ICO by using the ETH or BTC that I will transfer to my spectrocoin wallets? Should I follow the instructions that are described in step 2? Thank you in advance.

Thank you for clarifying this, it is clearer now. So, Bankera is not a bank although your tagline somewhat hints that it might be one "the Bank for the Blockchain era". You, therefore intend, to collect ICO proceed because you will be issuing loans under other types of licenses, such as consumer credit license (or payday loan license) until you will decide to apply for a bank license in the future.
Would you therefore kindly, expand on your financials a little bit more.
I would like to understand more about your balance sheet, how have you derived to these projections? Perhaps you can share with us your high-level income statement, assets and liabilities, please?
Thank you for answering, I have quite a lot to invest and just interested in understanding more.
Please check your PM.

This is a statement on your website : After the ICO, a banking license will be obtained. This will allow us to offer loans and deposit services. Where are you going to obtain banking license ? It's simply not possible.. In Europe, Asia or USA it will cost hundreds of millions dollars. Unless you establish a new bank somewhere in Africa and it will cost you over 20 million dollars. If you need official offshore banking license which will be accepted anywhere contact me.

I'm trying to understand the #s, this is what I'm currently calculating according to the whitepaper:
my understanding of the token supply is about 17,500,000,000 after SCO probably a little less. I'll round it off to an even 17,000,000,000
so in 10 years whitepaper suggest 500M in revenue. Token holders would be allotted 100M of that, split amongst 17,000,000,000 comes out to about .0059 eur which is less than ICO price....I'm hoping I'm doing the math wrong somewhere, because it doesn't sound that enticing for it to take 10 years for the profit share to get to .0059 eur...If this math is correct, the ICO price seems a bit high to me.
While I do like the pro-rata distribution in the event the ICO doesn't sell out, is an SCO really needed thereafter in that circumstance? Why dilute the token supply even further if the ICO didn't sell out? Are there scenarios where the SCO idea gets scrapped and those tokens get burned?
Generally I speaking, I like Bankera, I'm just having a hard time digesting the ICO price considering the token supply and the revenue projections.

When I first time read your whitepaper and saw website, I was about to put my money in. But 2 days later... . I did the math. ---------------------------------------------------------------- To get my money back (break even) you would have to be in CoinMarketCap's TOP 10. More like TOP 3. And even then I would just break even and got back same ammount of money, that I put in. There's some chance, like 1%, that you will make it there. When? In 5 years? That's just ridiculous. You're just issuing too many coins. And numbers doesn't make any sense. ---------------------------------------------------------------- It's basically the same as your first project. SpectroCoin. In CoinMarket Cap is Bitcoin currently worth 4,350$. - but at SpectroCoin you will buy it from me for $4,226. - but at SpectroCoin you will sell it to me for 4,530$. (i'm not even considering any fees to put money in, or any withdrawal fees, just exchange rates)Again - completely ridiculous numbers. If I made any mistake in my math or made any wrong assumptions feel free to correct me.

Hello I have a question about the advisor section. I see that you have Lon Wong President of NEM.io Foundation, could you please elaborate on that?
Yes, he is actively advising us on the usage of Blockchain technology and development of NEM mosaic tokens. We have advisors from different areas of expertise and he is representing the interests of cryptocurrency users/founders. Thanks for your reply but I still have my doubts. You said that he is advising you, ok but do you have any proof that he is advising you? Where I can check that? Any more sources? He has announced it in his twitter: https://twitter.com/2017Lon and we have announced it in our Press releases Thanks for your reply. I did some research and you are right he announced that on twitter. But his twitter account is not verified. Could you tell me why?

Finally, the Bankera's smart contract will distribute funds (Ether and XEM) to the holders of Banker (ERC20 and NEM mosaic) tokens pro-rata. For example, if there are 50,000,000,000 BNK tokens available in total and you have 1,000,000 BNK you will receive cryptocurrency in a value of around 40 EUR. source http://bankera.com/?gclid=COOUpvea9dUCFUeLsgodd3EI2QBanking licence doesnt cost hundred mln of euro, dollar In Poland Lithuania neighbour you need only around 125000 start up capital to open bank

This is going to be a great ICO.
Why? Any more reasons than just that it's great? I've read everything, they are backed by the great team at SpectroCoin and it's a great idea. For me, they can be a highly successful company. Moreover in these Fintech days, when there's so many successful online banks.

Yes, our complete aim is to serve clients in all countries, however it might take some time. But what we have been doing at SpectroCoin and gonna be doing more intensively at Bankera is build totally international team, to have native speakers covering their markets, currently we have native English, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Lithuania, Polish, Portuguese speakers as full time members of our team as well as a huge team of freelancers we hire.
