I don't think they are their competitor, Bankera have their own perk they get their value of token by  the transactions that will happen on their spectrocoin. I think the owner should clarify on the stance of scammed money that spectrocoin has done in past.

Yes, moreover crypto economy growing so fast, that it will need much much more banks to support it. Regular banks are still not having very welcome look to a crypto. So I believe we will see more banks like this. We just need them.
