I have never come across anyone with this issue. Make sure you are also typing your username correctly. It requires username instead of email

For those who are saying Regal is a scam, they're sure putting in a lot of effort for their scam.

They just did a live event, which you can watch here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AiDqwdIfqCE

Perhaps the team's recent focus might have been too much on this event and not enough on upgrading their web servers, but at least they now have a public face and have shown they aren't going to cut and run anytime soon with your investments. Overall, the fact that this event happened, and everything that was advertised actually happened (including a car giveaway), makes me feel very comfortable with the money I've put into Regal. I have to admit, there was a time when I questioned whether or not I should have been putting my money into Bitconnect, but not any longer.

You definitely should put all your money into this.
Looks totally legit. All those sympathetic folks/sarc.
Money is always flowing from the more stupid holder to the more intelligent holder.
So help keep it flowing in the right direction and "invest" into Regalcon...  Wink

FUD from someone who's probably backing another lending coin.  Grin

Your reasoning sounds like a lot of people who didn't invest in Bitcoin when it was $100.

Then $500.

Then $1000.

"I'm too intelligent to buy internet funny money, I only invest in stocks."

It's your choice if you want to miss out on the gains. I don't care if these lending coins go belly-up as long as I make money in the meantime. In that respect, they're no different than Bitcoin - you don't put money in that you can't afford to lose, because nothing is guaranteed. But the upside is worth it.

REGALCOIN OWES ME 690 USD!

This is the 5th time this has happened. I converted USD to REC but transaction records only show a minus in 120 USD but no transaction record of a gain in REC. REC balance remains zero.

If you do not get your rightful earnings, this is the definition of a SCAM.

You WILL lose most of your capital lending to Regalcoin. That is a guarantee. If yields can just "disappear" into thin air, your initial capital can too.

May the buyer beware.

Check my previous post:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2093710.msg23972050#msg23972050
Does anyone know when the regalcoin exchanger will be available? My balance is zero, but I sent some REC from coinexchange.
Check your Coinexchange transaction/withdrawal history. If it shows the withdrawal was completed, then whatever you sent over to your wallet on Regal's website is there, it's just not showing up for some reason.

I had the same problem. Check above, and if the withdrawal from Coinexchange went through, log into Regalcoin, go to Lending, and then enter the amount (in multiples of $10) to lend. It should go through, even if you have to do it a few times. The value of Regal has fluctuated, so if it says you don't have enough balance to lend, drop your lending total down by $10 and try again.

This is one thing the Regal team needs to fix - transactions aren't always showing up on the site's wallet, even though it's really there.

If anyone has any questions, feel free to PM me and I'll try to answer.

If you want to join Regalcoin, please click the link below:
https://regalcoin.co/ref/FIATNAM
If you bought from coinexchange, keep a record of the transaction.

Were you going to lend this coin? If so, there's a great chance it's in your wallet even though the transaction isn't showing.

They were in Malaysia yesterday and they will be in Thailand their next event. I don't know what country they operate out of, but there's a good chance it's in Southeast Asia.

My USD DISAPPEARED AGAIN.

I converted 110 USD to REC but it showed that Regal site hosting became down.. When I refreshed the page, my 110 USD is gone. Now Regalcoin OWES me 680 USD in total from 4 of such cases. Very scary to use a lending platform if funds can just vanish into think air if you ask me.

Retrieve my coins dev.

I dont understand how this can happen to you 4 times ?  Have you had successfull conversions as well?

Yes there were successful conversions, but no successful credit of REC into my balance. I think this is done on purpose to some accounts to reduce dumping on the exchange. Very smart of them. But if this continues, I am CERTAIN everyone will know. Bad news spreads faster than good news. It is like a wildfire.

They owe me 690 USD now. They "disappeared" due to "bugs" and "glitches" which I suspect is very intentional. Be careful with such scam sites.

Will report this to the authorities. I am certain the people behind Regalcoin can be traced easily.

I faced the same issue but the following steps usually got my coins back

1. Click the "wallet link". Click send email and then enter the code you get in your email
2. Click on dashboard again and click wallet or refresh the page

This usually gets the site to show my lost coins

Regalcoin is a scam, they just did a live event in Malaysia to promote i guess and spent tons of money on renting a lot of cars, a hall for their event, dancers , giving out free stuff and they hired a well known scammer to host the show when instead they could just promote through the internet or hire someone to write better English on their website or answer all our questions here at bitcointalk.

Stay the hell away from this coin like a plague.

And if they didn't follow through with the event, they'd be called a scam.

I'd rather them spend the money to upgrade the site than do an event like this, but at least they're marketing their product.

Can't please everyone, I guess. If you think Regal is a scam because it's a lending coin, that's one thing, but to think they're a scam because they had an event? FUD for FUD's sake.
