I had deposited Thore coin to BiteBTC but didn't know that it couldn't be traded there without verification, and I sent verification in weeks ago, so today I withdrew THore coin from BiteBTC to Crex24. I don't see the coin in crex24 but it was processed by bitebtc. However, its seems as though the deposit address given by crex24 is a smart contract and not a wallet?  is this normal?

I attempted to withdraw 99.99674144 BULL from CREX24 on Oct. 2nd. There was a split chain at this time and my coins were sent on the wrong chain. Nothing I say has been able to convince support that my coins were never received. They only say my transaction was successful, but even the link they provide does not lead to a valid transaction.
