Wrote to support came that soon everything will be restored but so far nothing happens. The exchange is not bad, a good rate, but the conclusion in btc leaves much to be desired, constant delays for 2 or more hours, but today in General a record of more than 17 hours in processing. Hi, I have been following-up with support since yesterday and now it is almost 24 hours and all I hear back from support is "please wait", not sure what is going on. This is not good at all and does not bode well for crex, not processing a withdrawal for no rhyme or reason. And no one is doing anything about it, almost 24 hours now.Don't wish to loose my hard-earned money this way. Can you check with support about this? I have no idea what the issue is, please at least cancel the withdrawal request and I will raise a fresh one.

Edit: I see there are tiers with increasing privileges so that's really nice. Although my question still stands, is the api withdrawal fully automated or do they require email confirmation?

Currently, there is no such functional. But we'll think about it.

There is no need to confirm withdrawals if you use trading API. Buy it is possible to disable withdrawals for API-key - R4 access right.

Address based restriction should be quite easy to add with no extra parts in the front-end. Restrictionless API could be level R5, would be quite nice indeed! Of course losing the security of a Tradebot is already devastating through malicious trades being made against you but at least it's slightly better than having your funds withdrawn, and also any malicious on-site activity could be investigated (who bought what etc.) in the worst case scenario.

Extra question: What is the situation with Soldo? When do you think it will be back for deposit / withdrawal??

I get no reply from support team, i have a ongoing issue!
I need my private key from my btc wallet from the exchange, they say that they can not give it because you policy, but there is nothing in the policy about that!!
I explained what needs to be done to get my coins back and asked if Crex24 can do it for me, but i get no reply at all anymore.
This is what is called stealing!!!! i am gathering people that feel the same way and ask if they can provide me with as much proof they have.
If we got enough proof we will start a lawsuit against Crex24, so please reply on the ongoing issues you have with customers.
