Where did Crex24 go? Is it on maintence or did it disapper and take everybodies money?
I used site everyday then about a week ago I try and log in and page is blank.
I just want my money back.
i have same problem is the page blank because im from usa?? The service operates in all countries except the UK, USA, Canada and Israel. Refresh the page (Ctrl+R). Clear cache. Try incognito mode (Ctrl+Shift+N). i have token swap on crex24 (coinexchange) close down but now i cannot register on crex24 because im from USA? is there any option to get in? or VPN only? thanks for support |

@laimasas Do you really expect anyone from the official team to suggest you to use a VPN in order to bypass the limitation they've put themselves? x)
I don't think VPN alone would help you since Crex24 requires a KYC as far as I can remember. Your best chance is to contact their support... you can load up their site and open a ticket without VPN I hope?

Crex24 is a great exchange not sure why there is any FUD on this thread, it must be a few token teams that are mad that they are delisted because of no volume.

Anybody know whats happening with Crex in the UK . . . they Tweeted on Dec 3rd saying after Jan 1st all EU countries will need KYC , but Crex would not serve US , UK and Canada . . . . i messaged support saying UK is still in Europe , what is happening , but they just sent me acopy of the Tweet . . i been taking my coins off the exchange , but i still got some trades going on , does anyone know whats happening ?

This is the first time that I'm hearing that you don't cater customers in UK, USA, Canada and Israel. Though it's because I didn't your terms at all.  . Maybe from the 1st quarter of 2018. Oh, I see. Good to know. At least this terms are not altered to cater the ever-greedy government agencies that tries to thwart the growth cryptocurrencies in their countries. Do you allow the use of VPN to access your site or you're also against it? |

I read the thread, and I see that problems with the exchange appear mainly for users whose rank is "newbie" and activity 13-10. Perhaps they’re doing something wrong by the fact that they are inexperienced are just bots that cheat on order
Probably those users are not active in bitcointalk and just created an account for support purposes in crex24 thread, Most traders are just reading this forum without getting their own account. If their complaints are valid, then there's no harm done, its also nice to see how crex24 staffs handle all support inquiries in this thread. |

Honestly, I did not experience problems with CREX / Perhaps this is because I trade a little there, but I am curious to read this thread and watch for no reason newbies begin to cheat and complain that CREX are scammers ... It's a pity for such words there is no disciplinary recovery |

What is going on on CREX? I bought some CORONA as well as some AZR, but today can't withdraw/deposit. Noticed that 50% of all crex altcoins, are today in maintainance, but not official estatement from CREX about this abnormal situation regarding so many coins. Hope they are not being hacked  |
