The problem is, bitcoin will probably only be a digital gold, that's why the bubble will pop, it won't be used by people, but OMG (OmiseGo) will take over the payment systems.

I  think  15 000$ per BTC is pretty possible, but 50 000$ more looks like dreams . Bitcoin will be 50000$ sometime ,but not 2020

By 2020, the only realistical price of Bitcoin (1 BTC + 1 BTH) is hitting 10,000$. Very high likelihood in my opinion (75%)

What is Bth? Do you mean BCH?
Why would you connect these two? BCC/BCH is completely separate and independent and its price isn't derived from the price of BTC.

THat said, I believe 500k is possible, although unlikely. I expect maybe $10k by 2019 and maybe (if we're lucky) it will double by 2020.

Yes a typo, I meant BCH. Bitcoin and Bicoin Cash is connected because basically every Bitcoiner has Bitcoin Cash as well, and the distribution is basically the same. One Bitcoin has small blocks and very likely just ends as Digital gold for investments, while the other Bitcoin aims to be more like Cash where more people can use it, thanks to bigger blocks.

It's possible to Bitcoin but not in 2020 it will take some more years to reach that goal. I think in 2020 Bitcoin value will be more than 10k usd sure.

Agree. By buying now, a good target is 5 figures by 2020 or 2021 IMO.
Personally I am fine with keeping bitcoins until 2030, a lot can happen, it could disappear or reach 6 figures. 100,000 by 2030 is what I am aiming for.

Wrong. He said that before the hard fork to BitcoinCash, so he was clearly talking about Bitcoin. If I am mistaken please post the link where he clearly said that BitcoinCash will be $500,000 and Bitcoin will only be $2400.

Very funny ,500000 dollars in 2020 is impossible. It may reach nearly 15000 dollars. But definitely not 500000 dollars. For bitcoin to reach that price it may take nearly 30 to 50 years in my opinion. Upon reading previous post, So it's bcc/bch. Now, that is the most unrealistic price prediction i've ever seen. What makes it more unrealistic is that, it will overtake bitcoin in just 3years from now and that is very high to reach in just 3 years. Even btc can't do it then how come bcc/bch.

Yeah, and he said he'd eat his own dick if he fails. It is really as ridiculous as that.

Not sure where he was going with tha prediction. Maybe he held bitcoins and just wanted a short term profit knowing that nobody would force it into doing what he promised since it's going to be ugly af if it does happen.

$500k could be possible if fiat all of a sudden collapsed. That's for sure. But if it holds even just 10% of its value in 4 years time, i doubt it. The price is already over par at 4k, $500k is just unthinkable.

I still do think that the prediction of John Macafee is a bit too high,because i really do not see that happening in three years time,but in the long term anything is possible,for those valuations to be true the price of bitcoin should rise $495,500 more in the next 28 months which is highly unlikely. We could see a realistic price around $20000 other than that it is just a fantasy price.

I think that Mcafee is more optimistic to tweet like that.Its really a very high price for bitcoin to reach within three years.Bitcoin price is $4081 today and we could expect bitcoin price to reach $5000 by this year end.In november,some expect another hard fork and we don't know what would happen at that time.So,by 2020,we could expect a price of $20,000.

That is not going to happen it is simply too high of a price to be reached that easily almost all the economy will have to move through bitcoin for that to happen and the chances of that happening are zero.

But 500k is really a lot, it can be achieved with a mainstream adoption to everyone's daily life, and it will not be that quick.

50k though, can be achieved with investors only.

$500k would be a heck of a rise which i don't think that we will see right now. To achieve that kind of price level, you would have to have more than 100x rise when btc has already risen by 10x this year. It's just too much to demand.

Honestly this is more of a publicity stunt than anything else. You shouldn't believe everything that the media spoonfeeds you.

If somehow mainstream adoption was achieved in the next year, then it's an achievable claim. But otherwise, as i said, probably not going to happen.
