Guys i need help.I accidently turned my laptop off while ethd wallet was running.Now wallet won't run it gives following error.

error loading blkindex.dat

what should I do? I have almost 1000 ethd in my wallet.

Back up you wallet.dat file in your appdata folder then delete everything except wallet.dat and re sync your ethd client

backup your wallet file, delete the %appdata% folder and rerun the wallet.

you have to safe the wallet.dat file and download the wallet file again, wait for some one that will explain better hot to safe the wallet.dat file, that is important

Ok I know a lot of investors will only invest there money on certain exchanges but ive been on coinexchnge.io for a lil bit now and have moved BTC on and off exchange the whole time as well as other coins with not one single problem.
Some of you here know me from other channels and some don't but im not new to this crypto thing im also a community man and I care greatly about other members and would be the first one to tell you if I thought something was shady.
Everyone needs to make there own decisions on what risk they are willing to take and yes coinexchange.io is a small exchange and there is a certain risk to putting money on small exchanges or any exchange but for the simple process of buying ETHD for a hold investment just to transfer to your official ETHD wallet in my own experience this exchange is ok.
The next big step us as a community needs to do is keep the volume up until we get onto the numerous other exchanges that have been applied to so if your a investor that wants to buy ETHD well the price is low then do it only helps us all to grow
I myself do buy ETHD from this exchange. I am not a professional analyst and am not giving investment advice that choice needs to be yours but am giving my opinion on my experiences on this exchange as a reference only

Also if you have not voted for ETHD on exchanges you are currently on please do so.. The more aware these exchanges are of this fastly growing community the better chances of being added quickly

Kinda dissappointed with the title, bought at 2850sat and now I can't even sell it at the same price. Profit from PoS staking so low even just to reach break-even point.
My invest in another more shitty coin(in term of reputation), pays better than this looking-cool coin.


I hope I can get enough amount just to sell it at whatever price that can make some break-even.

You should set lower buy orders. What do you think will happen when people get free coins. They will all hold til moon? Also remove your addy before you get disqualified.

Well ups and downs are normal. You haven't lost anything till you sell it. This coin is new and once it integrates the smart contract as per the road map the price will go up. Also people do dump the free coins they receive. I am not sure whether it will help if the dev makes a condition that we need to hold most of the coins to be qualified for the future airdrops.

That would make a lot of sense if the Dev disqualified members from future airdrops if they didn't hang on to the majority of the ETHD they were given.

I actually don't mind that people dump their free coins now in this early stage because if there was a rule where people had to hold their coins to receive the next airdrop then later when the price has increased they will just dump then and bring the price down which could cause panic. So I say let the ones who want to dump their coins now rather then later. Gives the people who really believe in the project a chance to add to their stacks ready for the future growth. The ones selling their coins now are the ones who will miss out in the future and wished that they never sold at this early stage.

Keep those tweets coming everyone! as we are now starting to build a presence on Twitter with more people tweeting about $ethd. Remember to use the hashtags $ethd #ETHD #EthereumDark #crypto #Altcoins also people can add #ETH $eth #etheruem #btc $btc This will help spread the word even more using these hashtags when tweeting.

you are right. you should have backed up in time. you can backup the EthereumDARK .dat files in the appdata folder.

Email them or what the full release of the Whitepaper to have an answer for ypur question but in my basic knowledge it is not different from ethereum platform, it is ethereum dark so with that it is not based by ERC20 nor ERC23 token.
