Because not all of the ICO's can be trusted. They may have good ideas but they lack a good team on how to implement those ideas. That is why their coins and the project don't have a chance.

I think Token are falling down fast if the project is failure but ofcourse if the project is good and community are demanding the price target of this coin just hold even if you don't know the project behind it. just hold or buy more!

That is common to icos that don't have much development after they listed their coin in exchange and i can see that it's an issue on dev side though so far all my coins i have been invested so far after ICO become successful in a couple of weeks and months.

Yes, it happens, but it is rather an exception to the rules. As a rule, if the token is listed on the exchange, then its price grows, each token has its own rates, but there is growth or stagnation, if the token fell below the ICO price and is not recovered for a long time, it means a failed ICO

there is many coins that the price after listed in the exchange and the price is down
example SONM the ico price around 5k satoshi or more but now at 1.7k satoshi

Maybe the best decision is to buy after ICO!

When you do mean about failed ICO, then tokens are not being listed on exchanges after all since they do failed up. The way you should mean is that it is a Failed project instead. Most coins will really have that state on where its price do drop below its ICO price or even on its pre-sale price because come to think off that investors would potentially sell out directly if they would see any gains on what they do invest and come to think off that there are still bounty hunters which are mostly the reason why do price drops once its being listed.
