All token holders including those who purchased tokens  during Pre-Ico and Ico are entitled to Dividends.Token holders get dividends on their investment every month which forms 25% of CarTaxi monthly profit distributed to investors as dividend.Additionally our tokens is also a currency which will be tradable on the exchange market.

One question. Why I should user your app and holding your Tokens which are like other cryptos very volatil to book a taxi?
I can make it easier and use UBER with Fiat (not volatil and every one has FIAT). So please tell me why I should invest?

Maybe I missed the big new idea, but for now it seems like number thousand of a UBER copy.

Furthermore I think it is not very fair to start with a Pre ICO for half the price 2 weeks before the ICO for all participiants.
