But you missed 1 thing, you never know there would be some cheaters who already got token but they would claiming more token. I mean you never know who have received the reward and those who haven't.

They might be in discussion with major exchanges and then I guess they are not allowed to announce it. Only when the exchanges agree can they announce those major news. At least this is what I know about it.

Are you sure you are allowed to announce Poloniex more or less as if it is a done deal? Just asking because I know they normally dislike that a lot and prefer to just launch the currency without a pre-announcement.
