Now I don’t understand fully who will use storing the data of the sensors of the instruments we use at home? But on sites like iCorating, the DataBroker got a high vote. I think Hype can be done.

I also think the same thing with you but it never hurts to follow a very accurate data collection of instruments that are in use at home

this project has a thread view with a variety of interesting information I think, in terms of coin specifications that exist with the appropriate price and not too cheap and not too expensive, I am very sure this project will reach its target very easily because there is a way of promotion is done that is with the existence of bounty campaign

Did you mean that what we use at home is non-professional tools, and it’s testimony may be inaccurate?

Well, in any case, what you have at home - it's not at all, and you can't sell information from them either. These are professional sensors, I'm sure that each of them is registered and included in the database. Regularly passes maintenance and verification.

Rather for novice researchers. Or for those who travel around the world and investigate certain changes in the weather, or social and other studies conducts.

Well, that's for sure. No more needed to carry a whole laboratory with them. This will make life easier for them Smiley

I don't understand, do you provide an opportunity to rent sensors, so that people do not buy their own so? So you can use a platform that will collect such data together, to monitor and develop something?

Any way you can use the information from these sensors. They now read anything, from temperature to odor Grin

According to Ericsson, in 2018 the number of sensors and devices Internet of Things (IoT) will exceed the number of mobile phones and will become the largest category of connected devices.
So, this is a very relevant and potentially successful project

But the sense for the ordinary inhabitant isn't clear. Is it made for organizations only?

How expensive is such a sensor? Why is it more profitable to rent it and not buy one?

Certainly expensive, and absolutely not necessary. The number of such sensors now almost exceeds the number of mobile phones. And all of them at least don't use 50% of their functionality.

It seems to me that data from 1 sensor can be received by dozens of organizations, and even more.

Such a sensor can cost you a fortune. The purpose of the project is clear as day.
