I take multivitamins and eat enough fresh fruits. This helps my immune system to be more persistent and I can easily handle stress

Aside from my maintenance meds, I take multi-vitamins and vitamin C on a daily basis. But in order to stay fit and healthy, I know that I need to find time to exercise more and follow a healthy diet too, since I'm hypertensive.

Im still taking mangosteen capsule. I added sodium ascorbate immune pro to help boost my immune system and be energetic everyday. Of course more water intake with healthy diet and exercise.

After doing sports, I do jogging you sweat a lot and lose mineral salts I replenish them by drinking supradin or polase which are precisely mineral salt supplements

To stay in shape, I don't overdo it with food and give myself at least minimal physical activity to keep my body in good shape. In addition, I periodically take vitamins in case of their shortage.

I'm taking Vitamin C or Ascorbic Acid. This vitamin helps me in boosting my immune system to fight against foreign substances like viruses and bacteria who wants to invade my body that causes disease. This vitamin is necessary especially during this pandemic since it can help me protect my immune system.

Are you taking any supplements or vitamins now and what it is? How it benefits you?

I take Mx3 supplement which is a mangosteen based supplement. It is an antioxidant which helps boost the immune system which I think is what everyone needs in this current pandemic.

I’m usually either in the UK during summer or US during winter so I never forget my vitamin d supplements!

I don't take any supplements or vitamins while I exercise I only rely on natural foods such as rice, honey, and meat, especially red meat, in addition to my eating fruits and vegetables.

Personally I never really used supplement minerals or vitamins before corona. I really like fruits and try to eat some every day. But since I read an article at the start of corona that taking vitamin C would help against corona I started mixing the powder with water in the morning. It's very cheap, doesn't taste so bad and probably won't so any harm even if it doesn't help against corona.
