Altcoin is falling. Who knows why?

I think altcoin is falling because of sudden increase of bitcoin's value. Bitcoin pumps so high that why altcoin can't reach its value. When bitcoin has higher value, we need more altcoin to reach bitcoin's value. It is a supply and demand problem. Bitcoin's value became higher because lots of investor want to invest so they make bitcoin's higher and altcoin's value fall because of that pump.

Ethereum price is closed to $400 as at this morning, ripple has make 11% percent profit for the past 7day, lisk 28% for the last 24 hours. What make you are losing a lot on those coins, it seems you can't be a patience person nor buying in the incorrect time that linked to the time of the pump of the token price. I lost nothing because i was buying in the dip or red paint.  You already take the bad decision. The price has fallen due to the taking the profit.

that's the reason why we need to study first before we enter the trade knowing the position and reading the chart though there's other things that's needed to consider just be patient and wait till all the correction was finish and see that it will bounce back, learn to invest with some thinking of long term goal.

The ban on ICO in China is the reason Bitcoin and all other altcoins are falling. The altcoins from China like Hshare, Binance, Neo are the hardest hit ones. Also the market had been up for a while now and correction was needed. As for Chinese ban on ICO, in my opinion it will be a temporary one until they have some regulations in place because China is the biggest cryptocurrency market. Hope they bounce back soon. I have been hit hard too due to Neo and Binance in my portfolio.

Apparently all these ICOs majority use Ethereum smart contract, once China decide to ban ICO which aswell banning the allowance of ETH smart contract for chinese people, all altcoins will be affected too. but you can see that some of them aren't affected because they have nothing to do with eth

But hold on guys, we have so many new people that bringing in huge cash into the market. The problem is that they are new and need to learn about alts first. My all altcoins are in loss due to that latest news and it's happening since yesterday. Even BTC price has dropped from 4500 to 4100. Don't know what will be the fate tomorrow but things look really terrible now and on coinmarket, I can see that almost every coin is suffering.

And this is also a short term dump and if i were having spare funds then I would definitely have brought some bitcoins as they are getting sold at a cheaper rate and this is a good money making opportunity as in a week the prices will rise definitely.

Me too I lost a lot of money today alone. Bitcoin and Altcoins are failing because China bans ICOs and cryptocurrency to fiat exchanges from operating that is the reason behind all this mess.

- The news banned all ICO in China has had a terrible impact on the market, the amount of investment in the market lost, it makes Bitcoin and altcoin significant decrease, many people has predicted price will continue to fall until the problem in China is resolved. This is normal because people try to get more bitcoin right now. They saw bitcoin is going up dramatically and they didn't want to miss this action. Whenever this happens, there is big dump happenin on all the altcoins, as usual.

Correct, bitcoin has a lot of action at the moment and the eyes of everyone are on bitcoin so it is normal that altcoins are losing value, but you can rest assured that the price of altcoins is going to go up next, bitcoin moves and then a few months later the altcoins move as well.
