Here's the bootstrap info from Discord's 'bot' ...
Thanks, that helped to sync much faster! Thank you. I have not used bootstrap, so I have simple question related to the way to use it. Will I have to download new bootstrap file at different point of time?
No, you just have to download it once to get your wallet sync with the network faster. Otherwise it could take days and maybe even weeks if you start syncing from the scratch.

Is this at 99% forever? Also, is that was Stakers get, or does the MN take away from that like some coins?

It's not 99% anymore, it's more like 60% return p/a now. You should receive 3200 Linda once a day, on average, for each masternode. Staking rewards are a little less. It was 99% back when 30 million Linda was required to run a masternode. When the masternode cost was reduced to a more affordable 2 million Linda, rewards were also reduced. Personally I think 60% is about right. It's high enough to provide just enough incentive to make running a masternode worthwhile without diluting the coin's value too much.

Exciting news from the Linda Discord announcements: The Linda team is absolutely thrilled to announce that we've secured a listing for lindacoin on a top exchange! The exchange has a daily volume of over $150 Million, & will be revealed once integration is complete.

Well, Linda staking and masternode application is very good but for me it is expansive to use with monthly payments. Hope they can offer better pricing in the future.

Running a masternode or staking costs nothing if you're using the Linda (Qt) wallet (except for the cost of owning and running a computer 24/7 of course, if it's not an existing computer). Do you mean the $10/month fee for using My Staking Wallet? Using MSW is optional and it was introduced as a way of simplifying staking, making it possible to do so without having to configure or run a computer 24/7. Of course that means you must instead rent a virtual server, hence the small fee. MSW is better suited to running a masternode, or staking larger amounts, where your earnings will far exceed the monthly fee.

I am about to just withdraw and stop paying the server fee. According to someones comment here I have well over break even amount of coins. Any ideas as to why this might happen? I got the email regarding the wallet restart and I think it has been about a month since then. Thanks, k Nov 5 - Still no staking earnings...what is up? @ VanAllen - Discord does not work for me, it used to but now I can never log on and recovery process does not work. I guess I will be getting coins out late Nov if nothing is showing by then and writing off $30 to the high risk high reward crypto experience. Thanks for your comments. k Nov 25 - still no earnings - I am going to attempt to remove coins and close VPN and stop payments tomorrow. k

I got the email regarding the wallet restart and I think it has been about a month since then. Thanks, k Hi, I'd recommend opening a discussion about it with the community and developers on Discord (Invite: https://discord.gg/gyfGdBP). I'm just relaying information here but, from my own experience, MSW works and it works well. My average reward for a single masternode per day is 3200 Linda. However, I don't know how many coins you're staking but if you have less than required for a masternode (ie < 2 mil), I'd recommend running the Linda Qt wallet instead, since that's free to use. But that's just my opinion. The Linda Discord community and developers may have different/better advice so I'd strongly recommend asking there too.

LINDA project has been likely boosted significantly within recent weeks, at least based on what I got from LINDA released news. Indeed. And I'm only posting the highlights here really. Linda development is incredibly active and the announcements just keep on coming ... Another recent announcement is the Linda support ticketing system: https://support.lindacoin.com which is in addition to the very active presence the developers and support team have on Discord: https://discord.gg/gyfGdBPAlso, the recent interview with Linda CEO, Jonah Glasgow, is worth checking out: https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:6463970110016229376

looks like the new exchange is being used to heavily manipulate the price
that probably explains the selling to rebuy/stabilize the prize on the new exchange

Blockchain Network Takes on Ethereum ERC20 and Claims it is Faster and CheaperLink: https://cointelegraph.com/news/blockchain-network-takes-on-ethereum-erc20-and-claims-it-is-faster-and-cheaperA new blockchain platform believes it is a “more attractive and accessible destination” for hosting tokens than the likes of Ethereum’s ERC20 platform, as it gives developers the support they need to build, market and launch custom tokens successfully.
LindaX says it wants give entrepreneurs an opportunity to sculpt “absolutely unique tokens with exclusive features for designated transactions” – all the while helping them to “navigate the unfamiliar environment of cryptocurrency.” According to its white paper, the startup’s team would be on hand to help fledgling businesses forge connections with exchanges who can list their token, and offer strategies that would enable them to reach new customers and reap the rewards of blockchain technology.

Since your coin is listed on CoinMarketCap, we have decided to add this coin to Masternode comparison service called "Masternode C". https://masternodec.com/LINDA.htmlThere is NO listing fee for the coins listed on CoinMarketCap.

Where are LINDA devs?
Here: https://discord.gg/gyfGdBPThe devs and support team hang out in the Linda Discord channel, which is VERY active, with individual discussion threads for developments, masternodes, staking, support, etc. I'm not a big fan of Discord myself but I have to admit, as an environment for multi-threaded active discussions and support, it is much more suitable than a clunky old forum. I try to keep this thread updated by relaying some of the project highlights when I can, but pretty much everyone else just posts in Discord now.

I believe there's a simple fix for that but, again, it would be best to ask the devs/support team in Discord: https://discord.gg/gyfGdBP
