Something like that, due to extremely lazy users who didn't care about upgrade their wallets to version 3.5.0. I don't know when the next version (3.6.0) will be available and lauch, but I guess will be launched soon after finishing bug testing. I don't see any reason to be  extremely panic about current techincal issues of Vsync network. They will eventually been fixed by Vsync devs.

Why not spend time to think about creating own forum for Vsync like some altcoins have. I have visited the Vsync website and in the Community tab, there are only links to bitcointalk ANN, Discord, Github, and Twitter.
Vsync forum is great! This place might help to better manage Vsync marketting campaigns in the future. We can take BitSend, BitCore, BitCloud as classic case-studies for such a forum.
