I hope holding ETH will give good return after some years but yes, he needs to divert some of his ETH to other altcoin investment in order to make more money on it, because now a days we are seeing many good coin launching with some good potential, so in this way, you can make more ETH.

I would say invest some of it in ICO's and hodl the rest. Dont put your eggs in one basket. There are may good ICO's out there.

ETH is a valuable investment in cryptocurrency, it is always in the top five in the coin market cap so, holding at least 5 is already good for  some time. If it goes beyond 2K in the future wow, $10K that's big enough for me to start a new business. I just hope it is not the only coin you are holding. Try to hold at least 3 to 5 valuable coins.

very good question. From my experience and opinion if you have 250 ETH then you should hold. Because i think eth will reach $2k in the last of February. Actually ETH future is bright so if you don't sell your eth and hold it for long time then it will be better and you will get a huge profit i think.

If I had 250 ETH, I would keep half and I would invest the rest of them into projects that generate passive income for their coin holders- to gain even more ETH.
Here are some examples of coins that generate ETH : GIFcoin , Taas , Etheroll, Bankera, Ethorse.

if I currently had such a portfolio, I would hold part of the broadcasts to raise the price, and on the rest of the coin I would have bought other promising altcoins!!!

Depends on the rate it was bought. I believe that ETH would still get to $1500 before December, so if you got your Ethereum at $1000 that means you'd make $500*250= $125,000.00

250 ETH is a huge amount. That's about $225000. I would say hold. But it wouldn't hurt for you to have a taste of your hard earned investment. I mean, treat yourself, or your family! We just can't be too greedy you know. You can hold most of it. A portion you can invest in other potential alts which I strongly believe will give you even higher gains..just choose wisely. You have something that only a few has, something to go around with in this system. With that amount, you can do wonders. But again, be wise.

Just hold your Ethereum for your financial security in the future. I think it will be very difficult for ether to reach $2000 this year as the Bitcoin market is showing signs of rapid growth and price may fall sharply. For me we should wait in 2019 because surely their development team will have many new products and many big partners!

It's also a pretty poor time to sell, in terms of where the market price is currently at.  If you don't need the cash / fiat, then hold for better prices.

If this time does not formerly sell, just wait in one year, it could still go up and be getting higher. Many say this year is a good time to invest in the ethereum, therefore wait alone.
