A small correction: we make an order from our account, not from customer's one, and shipping is made to customer's address.

previous answer. I assumed you can do the same for all services?
The problem I have with Aliexpress is tracking. Most of the time I order from there, I can't track the shipping using 17Track or other sites, even though I can see it fine on my Aliexpress account. So if there is no possibility of ordering from my account, would it be possible to keep me updated with the tracking when I ask you to?
