Certainly is a great idea but the execution is a bit poor. I'm guessing this means that I can make an order with bitcoin with pretty much any merchant. Definitely interesting, may try it out for smaller transactions.

The website is quite plain and it would be nice if you guys had a google extension, which would make everything simpler.

This seems like a nice idea, however by going through coinpayments isn't some of the anonymity of Dash sort of compromised? If you guys were really focusing on anonymity i guess you should just accept payments without a third party, and potentially get everything dispatched to you first before you dispatching it to the customer. Seems a bit paranoid but your service seems to be built on the basis of privacy.

in fact Coinpayments only needs your email to deliver the invoice. You can send your delivery address to us by email. We store no information except your tracking number and all order data is deleted after a few days. Your delivery address and other data is never stored.

that's an interesting point, still I am pretty sure that using shady funds is not our piece of cake and does not comply our business model.

Also with 2.5% + flat 3 USD fee we are lower than Bitcoin debit cards with a foreign transaction fee (3%) plus monthly service fee (1-3 EUR\USD\GBP) plus loading fee (1%).

Coinpayments have a long list of supported coins. We do accept 5 coins from this list. These are Bitcoin, Dash, Zcash, Bitcoin Cash and Ether.

The service is global, you can order anything from any online store.
I guess we are going to have hard time with the Chinese language at Taobao , also the shipping policy is not fully clear there. So I believe we should drop Taobao and use Aliexpress as the best option for purchases from China.

Regarding European sites, we have had a couple of declines when trying to purchase from EU stores. This did not affect customer's funds in any way, we simply refunded the coins to customer's wallet.
Amazon and other US sites are great to use and never presented any problems.

If for any reason we cannot place your order within 24 hours, your order will be refunded. For refunds/exchanges of the items we follow the policy of the store you are ordering from.

starting from this week we are resuming operations on a limited basis and we can again take the orders.

The limited basis means that we can only accept existing customers and our processing time is longer than before. This means that you will have to wait 3-5 days after the payment for the order to be processed. The reason for this is that we need to combine several orders to minimize the wire fees.  Nothing has changed except this small inconvenience. as you can see I just registered, I have done few purchases with dashbargain and they asked me if I could review in this forum.. so this is not shilling and I get no compensation for doing this review.

Dashbargain delivers a great service and so far they have never failed to deliver ,
I will create a list of the pros and cons I have encountered in my orders (5-6) with them

Pros
-Support is great.. the best I have encountered so far in my crypto adventure. Fast, friendly and reasonable. Getting quick updates when you send btc to someone over the internet is a must.
-You ALWAYS get tracking number for your orders, this can sound silly but its really important for me. I have used similar service and sometimes they dont care once the order is made and you dont know when to expect the pack.
-Price is competitive, they charge a 3% plus a small flat fee of a few $. So its better than withdrawing and buying it yourself.
-In case of a delay they show you the options and are HONEST.. other similar services when they had delays just go silent until solved.
-No minimum order quantity as far I know.
Cons
- Delays when proccessing the orders, normally when its a relative big order a few days extra are needed but I have been informed and in case I didnt want to continue they will offer a refund.


I think service is really simple so not a lot of things can fail.. if they could speed up process time in big orders it will be a 10/10, but if you are up for a bit of wait its fine. Having in mind a exchange will take longer than this waiting for me is still a very valid option.

The website remark makes sense, thank you; still the practice proves that website design is far not the main thing that matters in this business. I've seen many services both Internet based and in real sector with the fanciest features you can imagine and ..... zero or very poor sales. While we have a pretty stable order flow with almost 80% of returning customers; that is with no advertising.

Since you have been around for a while, why don't you work a bit on your website. The interface definitely needs some improvement so users like me can trust your services.

I've used this service since November 2017 and I have made many orders since then. I used other services in the past, some have gone away without creating problems with their users like BitSumo, the guy behind that was very nice, others instead have caused users to lose much money, me included but not much, like All4Btc.

Considering the experiences I had, I can say that DashBargain is the most functional and the communication with the user is optimal, they always keep you updated on your orders and are very friendly. Having more options than only Bitcoin to pay is a nice option aswell.

Disclaimer: i was asked by DashBargain after an order to post a review here:

Ususally i used https://thebigcoin.io for bitcoin purchases, but it is currently out of service. So i found dashbargain and bought 2 flight tickets via them.
The service was very fast and helped me with custom questions that i had. for example with thebigcoin they usually do the checkin for you. That means you don't get anything from the flight provider, which is a little bit unsettling. They also share the account credentials with you, so that you can do it yourself, but i have to say i found the approach of DasBargain to just put MY email into the form better. With that i am sure to have everything and can do the checkin myself.

All in all i'm happy with my first purchase and will likely continue to use the service also in the future.

The only negative issue is that their support email seems to be broken or on some spam list. my emails always get rejected, however it seems they get through nevertheless. a short statement from them would be nice.

My only small issue is the currency conversion rate they use, I believe they use the PayPal currency conversion which as everyone knows is not that good and around 5% different to the MasterCard rate. It is not too big an issue though and definitely not an issue if your item is originally in USD!

How do you handle refunds with AliExpress? If let's say you made an order (from the customer's account), and the funds were deducted from your credit card but then, the goods were never shipped and the seller ended up refunding you. Would you refund your customer in BTC or he'll have to choose something else to buy?

in most cased the customers choose to order something else and if not, refund is made in USD equivalent, as we convert crypto to USD instantly.
A small correction: we make an order from our account, not from customer's one, and shipping is made to customer's address.

I was actually asking based on your previous answer. I assumed you can do the same for all services?

The problem I have with Aliexpress is tracking. Most of the time I order from there, I can't track the shipping using 17Track or other sites, even though I can see it fine on my Aliexpress account. So if there is no possibility of ordering from my account, would it be possible to keep me updated with the tracking when I ask you to?

Payment method (card details) is liable to stay in Alipay, that is why we cannot make a purchase from the customer's account on AliExpress. As for the other websites, in most cases customers ask to buy from their account on the websites where they have some kind of bonus program (they get points for purchases).

And yes, we always provide tracking information as soon as we get it from the store
