That is really a good signal for this project to be a successful ICO project since "The pre-sale white-list filled up to the $8MM limit 30 days before it begins, with another half already eagerly positioned on the waiting list" quoted from the blog.

Actually, this is a really low hard cap and it has already been reduced for investors.
There is no doubt about being able to reach the hardcap, they easily already reserved $8M in tokens for pre-sale ( and even more are eager to enter in this WhiteList ) .
