My PC has been mining since last night and it's stuck on 166 coins in alpha, it should stop at 200, not 166. What's wrong?

Social Proof Echelon 4: 200 HADRON coins

Those all look good, Icetea999. Just use Chrome or Firefox and you'll get better performance.

Hi !
Sorry late answer, many stuff to do and wow this project seems to grow fast, hype

So, ok i take your advice for web browser if i get access to the mining.
I forgot that i got tablets D: doesnt naturally come to think "tablet mining" ahah

Ipad 2 (16go)
Samsung Galaxy Tab A 2016 10.1" SM-T580 (16go)

Unfortunately Icetea999, your iPad 2 will not likely work for mining. Early testers have not had good results with it. But your other devices will work well!

HADRON.cloud: The Ai revolution, mined in your phone and computer's web browser
https://hadron.cloud/images/slices/en_01.png?v=0

The first blockchain project harnessing the untapped power of billions of smartphones and PCs to power advanced artificial intelligence. Designed and run by successful serial entrepreneurs and scientists from Stanford, Harvard, and Berkeley, HADRON.cloud is an unprecedented application of blockchain and AI expertise.

Meet our team and sign up for our whitelist: https://hadron.cloud

Mine in your web browser.
Mining is running AI computations for HADRON.cloud customers. That means your phone and computer's web browser will be running useful neural network computations instead of just a repetitive cryptographic hash puzzle. These computations are used for commerce and for worthy charitable causes. Potentially, some of these computations can benefit society, including detecting diseases like cancer in radiology imagery.

Instead of a winner-takes-all mining approach like Bitcoin or Ethereum, Hadron's proportional awards allows people with weaker machines, including many smartphones, to still earn and spend. You don't need to join a pool to earn, although having a GPU or a more powerful computer can mean more earnings than someone with a slower device.

Mining has started. There will be multiple waves of testing, you will be emailed when your wave arrives.

Step 1: Reply here with your computer/phone OS version + browser to mine, also let us know what you think of Hadron!  Miners will keep all coins earned. Basic computer details like CPU, RAM, GPU are helpful.

Step 2: Sign up for a dashboard account: https://hadron.cloud/dashboard

Step 3: Join our Telegram channel (and follow our Twitter/FB for announcements): https://t.me/joinchat/GahFuELlfJoWE1vsFQf3VQ
https://twitter.com/hadron_cloud
https://www.facebook.com/HadronCloud/

The coins mined during alpha are permanent and yours to keep.

Alpha mining will be capped so that we can ensure more people participate and that we receive useful feedback from dedicated users to improve the product and network.
The cap is the max each user can mine during alpha mining:
Social Proof Echelon Alpha: 50000 HADRON coins
Social Proof Echelon 1: 5000 HADRON coins
Social Proof Echelon 2: 2000 HADRON coins
Social Proof Echelon 3: 1000 HADRON coins
Social Proof Echelon 4: 200 HADRON coins

Each alpha coin mined will bear the permanent Hadron Patron rank for network Stake computations.

The mining earn rate will be boosted during alpha mining in appreciation of our most enthusiastic and stalwart supporters.

Hadron will award bug bounties for substantial bugs, as well.

FAQ: When is your ICO or pre-sale?
We have now launched our network and product (January 15th). If you are interested, stay tuned for ICO and pre-sale information. Please create a dashboard account for updates.
https://hadron.cloud/dashboard

FAQ: How do I start mining?
Thanks for your interest!  It depends on:
1. Your Social Proof submissions' quality (quality social outreach and spam are entirely different things)
2. The date when you post your application here
3. Your hardware/software combinations

If you are interested in mining, applying sooner is beneficial.

We want to make sure that people who mine also help us improve the network and product for future users. Social Proof helps ensure that people who are selected are engaged and passionate about the project. These are the supporters who are most likely to provide valuable insights and feedback.

FAQ: How do I get involved?
The Social Proof field on the dashboard is a good place to start.

We want to make sure the first people who mine are dedicated to the project and will follow through with mining feedback and bug reports. Social Proof helps us filter for that. You don't need social media for Social Proof.  Along with social media outreach, some miners have helped post explainers, test mine on unusual devices, helped welcome new users on Telegram. It's up to you.

Being an early consistent supporter tells us that people are going to follow through and stick with it, but we also want to give a chance to people who recently joined, as well. Hence, Social Proof.

FAQ: Why mine AI in browsers?
1. There are thousands of people with mining rigs, but there are perhaps 3 billion people with web browsers, and this number will double rapidly with global smartphone adoption. We will reach both groups, welcoming dedicated miners as well as the everyday person.
2. AI will be as commonplace as electricity in the coming years. HADRON.cloud connects these billions of potential users for massive AI computations
3. Most people can't or won't set up complicated mining software. (Try explaining to your grandparents how to install and run a miner, not to mention their lack of GPUs and ASICs.)

FAQ: I signed up, but I'm not getting emails
We try to respect people's inboxes and only send messages when necessary. Rest assured we will contact you when the time comes!

FAQ: Do I keep the coins from mining during the alpha?
Yes, the coins you mine are permanent and yours to keep.  You can spend them immediately in the dashboard to classify images, determine if web content is NSFW, or contribute them to charity.

FAQ: How do I mine?
Mining has started as of January 15th, 2018. Everything takes place entirely in the Hadron web dashboard, and it's so simple your grandparents can mine HADRON.

Apply to mine on this thread by posting your OS versions; Windows, OS X, Android, iOS, and Linux are supported with modern web browsers.

This looks really interesting and potentially useful!  Id love to help.  I've got a Windows 10 64 bit PC with an i-7700k and a gtx 1080, a 2012 macbook air, and an iphone 6 with safari and chrome!  Best of luck!

Hi Dinglebird, all of your devices should work. Just post back with what browser you'll be using on your PC and Macbook Air?

I have:

2016 MBP -> 2.7Ghz I7, 16GB RAM, Radeon Pro 2GB, Intel HD Graphics
2012 iMac -> similar as specs below
2011 iMac -> 3.4Ghz i7, 32GB RAM, Radeon HD 2GB
iPhone X
iPhone 8+

Chrome browser on everything.

Excellent parkerstudios, mining will work fine on all of those.

I'd love to join the Alpha, I can task a couple servers towards it

CPU: Dual Xeon (1-2 generation back)
RAM: 128-256GB
OS : Windows Server 2012R2 (I can put on 2016 if you need a representative sample)
Browser : Explorer

So your hardware looks great khainesylph. Do you have another browser you can use besides Explorer? (Early testing shows poor results with it because it's missing some critical GLs.)

Is anyone else using a Oneplus One having issues mining?

I just get a "too many errors" message in the mining window without anything working (using Chrome or Firefox)

Desktop:

OS: Window 10
Browser: Chrome
CPU: Ryzen 7 1700
RAM: 32 GB DDR4 3200 Mhz
GPU: GTX 1080 Ti

Nvidia Miner:

OS: Ubuntu Server 16.04
Browser: Whatever's needed
CPU: AMD FX-9590
RAM: 16 GB DDR3 2600 Mhz

AMD Miner:

OS: Ubuntu Server 16.04
Browser: Whatever's needed
CPU: Intel Core i7 920
RAM: 24 GB DDR3 1600 Mhz

Hi asdf125, your machines look good for mining. Just use Opera, Brave, or Chrome for your browsers on your miners.

Hi

I am current at Echelon 4, would like to participate in alpha mining and upgrade to higher level.

PC(s):
Windows 10
i7-4790 @ 3.6Ghz
32 Gb DDR4 Ram
EVGA GTX 1060 6GB
Browser: Opera v50 /  MS Edge

Windows 10
AMD FX-8120
16 Gb DDR4 Ram
Sapphire Nitro+ RX-580 8GB OC
Browser:   MS Edge

Phone(s):
Huawei P9
Huawei Mate 9 Pro
Samsung Note 5
Sony Xperia Z Ultra

So your PCs look fine AllyTiti, just use Opera for your browser and not Edge. (Edge lacks certain GLs, thanks to Microsoft!) Your phone will also work fine, just post back with what browser you'll be using?

For getting to a higher Echelon level, you'll need to increase your Social Proof. Just bear in mind, the reason we have Echelons / Social Proof is to say thanks to those that have helped the project. So if actually helps the project, that's what counts. Quality over quantity.
