Hi. I would like to participate in mining also.

CPU: i5 GPU:GTX 960m with latest proprietary driver
OS: KDE Neon which is based on Ubuntu 16.04
Kernel: 4.9 - Official supported is 4.04.something but I jumped to 4.9 on my own

I will not make my account until tomorrow but I have it bookmarked and plan to.
Questions:
1) Running a hashing algorithm is different from running an AI computation or share of a computation from what I'm understanding so are you saying that you can throttle this in a way that keeps our mobile devices from overheating and using up lots of data? Or is this why you are having an alpha and a beta so you can figure out all of this throttling and sharing?
2) (Please keep in mind that you are smarter than me)
Are you going to have a priest with Holy water blessing this AI and Elon Musk's blessing with a thumbs up at the opening ceremony promising to GOD that we are not creating Skynet?
I'm kinda worried. LOL

My laptop operating system - Windows 10, browser - Microsoft edge & google chrome. my laptop is ON at least 8 hours a day - will be happy if it help me to earn some coins   my laptop has 4gb ram and processor- intel i3. i have Desktop also - i7 2nd generation, 8gb ram 1600mhz, GTX -760 amp edition- Grafic card. if you want i can mine from my desktop. I have tried to mine with my laptop and pc - using minergate but not satisfied. minergate - load my grafic card contiously and temp rises to 79 degrees, so can't risk my grafic card to keep it all day. |
