Why do you think this ICO needs to be saved? There are 2.5 million $ raised in the pre-sale and over 1.6 million $ on the ICO so there are 4+ million $ until now. This is enough money to develop this project in my opinion, maybe you are used with hundreds of millions like tezos, filecoin, bancor...

^I agree, this ICO will raise enough needed for the project - I invested at the beginning of the ICO, yes the investment is lower than expected but with the impending BTC fork, investment will return to the ICO's such as Genesis Vision after the fork.

Then after exchange listing we can see our GVT improve in value

Hello! We don't have any soft cap or minimal limit. We will launch platform anyway. The budget and components are planned, assuming that our fundraising efforts will reach the estimated maximum amount. If a hard cap is not reached, a part of the components will have to be abandoned, and the budget will be reduced for the remaining features. The most of this cap is for the development of integrations and getting legal licenses in different jurisdictions for such operations. If the hard cap is not reached, we will start working on the current base and process the first integration step. Also, we will not be going to receive licenses from the different complex regulators right away. But we will process it as soon as we make enough profit.

Thanks for the info, invested a little amount in your ICO and I was curious about this thing. I saw many projects with min and max cap who didn't reached the min and returned the funds to the participants. Now that you provided me that many  info (thanks btw) I have another question: if the hard cap is not reached will the remaining funds be burned or they will be used on maybe a second ICO or promotion to promote genesis vision?

Genesis Vision has no any relation to Genesis coin. Genesis Vision has its own token: GVT ( Genesis VisionToken). GVT is based on ERC20 Ethereum token standard. GVT will be used for all investment operations,profit distributions, and managers’token trading on the internal exchange.
