WTF Obama did? He was a complete failure as the president of the United States. Life will be more difficult if there is no leader. A country must have a leader in order to develop the country in many ways: economic, political, social, medical, educational... The country has no leaders like "snake head", people will violate more legislation, many social evils occur.

Personally, I think that mankind has no discipline and are not organized. So, without the world leaders, the world will be chaotic I guess. The thing about leaderless world is that all people wants to be heard, unlike one with a leader where we only listen to one or few.

I think the world will be more productive. No one will tell us what to do anymore. No one to dictate us and lie to us. I'm not saying all leaders are unreliable. However, we've been living with leaders to guide us for so long. It's nice to try.

I understand corruption but, that doesn't mean that they are all the same. ?What is going to happen with a department where there is no boss, no person to assume the jobs they have to do? Some one has to be responsible for what is going around us. Thing doesn't just happen, everything has a reason, and the answer is not always corruption. We should look deeper.

Without a leader, no one will manage, instruct and give rules and directions. It could create chaos as everyone will be their own boss and will assert their own interests. No one will have authority to resolve conflicts.

this topic has two ends to the bathing suit, and the fact is that many leaders not only resolve conflicts, but create new ones, in order to solve them again. But the fact is that without strong leaders, humanity will simply collapse.

I would disagree with you. Without the leaders, I think that there will be more wars and physical confrontations in the world. Because, if the political leaders are not there, then it will be the military which takes important decisions. And in most of the cases, the military officers tend to be more hawkish, when compared to the politicians.

The world without leaders is chaotic because if there's no one who will stand to lead the people, then the people will have all the freedom what they want to do. If they want to kill, then they are free to kill because no one will ever make laws in the world if there's no leader.
