What do you think will happen to the world without leaders like the President, Prime Ministers, King, Queen,etc.? I mean if we accused our leaders of being corrupt, oppressive and all other things, if they are not in the position, what will happen?

Leaders meaning an accountability over yourself. That what you do as a person or as a citizen in a community will have repercussions. Let's put it in a small scale. In a family, there is a leader. The leader will direct your efforts and goals which is to actually live longer and be productive. Take that away and you will be as room mates or house mates. No one will tell you what to do hence your goals will differ from another.

Leaders will always be there. But you need to decide whether you want a dominating leader (such as Vladimir Putin of Russia), who functions independently on his own, or a group of leaders (such as the situation in Germany) where the party officials and other ministers have a say in the day-to-day running of the country.

Not dependent on any country, the world is bad now, but a world without leaders will be much worse than now. There will be no rule if the world has no leader, everyone will have no fear of doing evil, the world will be too free and it is bad.
