It is very difficult to say anything. There are 1500 cryptocurrencies. To be honest, 80% or even 90% or eve 95% are garbage. They are useless. But, at least 5% of them will change something in the crypto world. But EOS and Omg will be coins of the year.

In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts.
I was asking myself what to do when cryptocurrency goes down and found out that the most of the privacy coins are undervalued right now.

The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.

I recently found one project called Ethereum Meta, it is related to anonymity and untraceable transaction. They have a very interesting project to build the Anonymous E-Market Place.

We have different indicators though on when to buy at dips. Some people wanted to buy before breakouts and will just try to cost average it down when it goes deeper. But I agree that this current market is good to take track as for sure it will bounce back.

I would choose 4 of the cryptocurencies for the year 2018, these are as follows: ripple, ethereum, bitcoin, and verge. The price of these coins are pretty low now and I think they have high growth potential in 2018. So I would recommend you to store your investment funds or at least 50% of it in these coins and expect good returns on investments. To my mind among those four coins, I would emphasize two as the most promising, those are Bitcoin and Ripple. So I hope that my recommendations will be useful for you. Take care!
