I think I you have personally try to find good crypto with observation than you try to find and gather information from there website, twitter page, telegram group and all the relative data you can collect form cointelegraph, I think from this way you can get the good coins,

My advise is to do research and actually read up on ICO material (website, whitepaper, roadmaps, etc.).
But anyway, my top 3 in order of importance are the following:
1. ETH - Ethereum
2. SIA - Siacoin
3. OMG - OmiseGo

anyway, i think that at this moment, one of the best buys to do now could be cardano because of its cheap price

This topic was run for long time ago, however the question is not expired because day by day there's a coin who stepped up among the others. As of today the best coins for me are the following:
-DigixDAO
-Skycoin
-AION
-Vechain
-TRON
-Ripple
Those coins are seems increasing trends today, but if you totally review those coins are starting only to recover their lost on the previous month. I was looking forward that this list of coin would might recover sooner.
